  1. I wasn't aware that a CoT Behemoth has any movement enhancement powers. It SHOULD reduce the "Slow" effect on YOU when someone hits you with, say, an Ice Blast of some kind.
  2. Yes, that’s true. It’s meant to be just a little extra boost beyond what the bubble already does.
  3. dampening bubble does not debuff the enemies directly. It debuffs the effectiveness of powers used within it, such as Build Up for example. To test it you have to use it on mobs with Active powers using the attributes in question.
  4. Yes. If Nukes had their variable damage restored and Fulcrum Shift wasn’t so obviously broken this wouldn’t be a problem at all. That said, Kinetics and sets with Nukes are all pretty weak Before those powers, so to some extent this just levels the playing field. I think it’s going to be okay. If things turn out to be drastically unbalanced on Live then the devs can alter exemplar levels. That’s not something that can be easily tested in beta.
  5. It’s bad.
  6. Maybe I have the history wrong, but I definitely think adding the variable damage back is a good idea.
  7. I came up with a possible way to buff Energy Blast (for Blasters, Defenders, Corruptors, and Sentinels). Two special effects to help with single target and aoe damage: 1. Knockback procs from Power Bolt, Power Blast, Power Push, Sniper Blast, and Focused Power Bolt all make your next Power Burst cast in less than a second and cost no endurance. This effect can occur once every 8 seconds. 2. Knockback procs from Energy Torrent make your next Explosive Blast cast in less than a second and cost no endurance. This effect can occur once every 8 seconds.
  8. And Build Up, and Melee attacks, and higher range, and Bigger size AoEs, and Bigger target caps, and no inner radius on their Nukes... Blasters will be fine.
  9. I shouldn't see "the devs don't respond to feedback or revoke any changes the players don't like" EVER AGAIN. But I will.
  10. There are 15 ATs. I'll even be super generous and refer to ALL the Arachnos and Kheldians as 1 AT. So there are "12" ATs. So on an 18 person team there isn't room for 2 of every AT to begin with. And Sentinels now do quite good damage, better than more than half of the other ATs, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
  11. You can "burst" it up for 45 seconds often. Maybe if you get really lucky with ATO procs you could get a full minute. But in a long fight it will be up 15 down 15, before the ATO. Two Sentinels can keep it perma on one target. More Sentinels can keep it up on more targets.
  12. it is and was a toggle that stays with the caster. It NOW, on Brainstorm, will linger on you for 15 seconds after you leave it, or if it drops for any reason (such as the Bubbler hitting PFF or getting endurance drained).
  13. I don't know what your build looks like. Maybe on a Purpled Out t4 Incarnate build these changes don't make you any more durable. On a normal levelling build these changes make you SIGNIFICANTLY more durable.
  14. maybe, but possibly not in the way you mean. We have a community of players and devs that are completely overlapped…and then we also have a bunch of players that just peak their heads in from time to time to whine that the latest changes Still aren’t bringing them back to the game.
  15. I don’t consider AFK farming a valid form of gameplay. So nerfs that basically only hurt AFK farming are irrelevant, or simply good.
  16. When Vulnerability is not available at all it will be Grayed Out. When it has one charge it will not be grayed out. When it has two charges it gets the ring.
  17. it used to be that blaster and support nukes had full damage near the center and less toward the edge. That was changed back in i24, right before the original game was shut down.
  18. Personally I really, really like the new design of the inherent. I find clicking it immediately after Aim to be very easy, and I can pretty much put it up whenever I want. The overall strength of the AT has gone up considerably.
  19. I think the more to come is mostly already there, it's just not in the patch notes yet.
  20. But there's NOT nothing to compensate for it. Fiery Aura is much more durable than before.
  21. THIS IS POWER CREEP! POWER CREEP! IT'S POWER CREEPY! (to the tune of Super Freak, by Rick James)
  22. Love these changes, but it would still be nice if some those powers that people can now skip (say Mental Blast, Call Swarm, or Jab) were made good enough that people didn't WANT to skip them...
  23. If Fulcrum Shift and Blaster/Corr/Def Nukes weren't so OP this wouldn't be an issue at all.
  24. I think the one change in i24 that went too far was removing the inner radii from most Blaster, Defender, and Corruptor nukes. I recommend adding that element back into those powers that lost it (and similar powers that have been added since then) and adding it to most Judgement abilities as well.
  25. Are we really stressing about levels 20-30 being made a little more high octane?
