  1. I don’t like to use things for Procs that I wasn’t already going to use otherwise. I’ll be dropping infrigidate, shock, pff, alkaloid, and web grenade. Maybe Gale too.
  2. Well, it's going live like this I expect, if they see the set continuing to underperform maybe they'll add something later.
  3. Here are the results of my uptime tests. Opportunity Strikes (Regular NOT Superior) and Sentinel's Ward are slotted in Screech, and I have 2 LotG slotted. On Excelsior: spamming all my attacks, with a few useful OS procs and a few wasted, got me 8 uses of Vulnerability in 4:45. Page 4 Uptime: 42% On Brainstorm: with Screech on auto, no wasted procs of course, I hit Vulnerability 12 times in 5:00. Page 5 Uptime: 60%
  4. I believe the Damping Field will turn out to be more useful than we are giving out credit for right now.
  5. And Chill of the Night, Hurricane, Dark Blast, etc
  6. It doesn't debuff ToHit or Speed. It debuffs powers that grant ToHit or Speed. A strange distinction, but it's there. I don't think Str buffs/debuffs can be enhanced at all, to my knowledge.
  7. The debuffs are not enhanceable, only the DDR.
  8. It’s only a 15% debuff. Have you tried these changes out on Brainstorm?
  9. 15% Base damage increase isn’t meaningful? An auto hit debuff that ignores level differences? They are never going to do as much damage as blasters. They now come close to scrappers on AoE, or surpass them in many cases. What are you expecting?
  10. Level 50s will have their 6 slotted nukes as low as level 21. I think there’s some enhancement devaluation though, right? I’m not really worried about it. Turn up the difficulty!
  11. Vulnerability IS particularly good for certain things like End Drain, -Regen, -Tohit, Mez, etc.
  12. Armored short range damage dealers. Scrappers that trade some armor for range and trade crits for a target marker, soon to be long range. Passive +Perception and Tohit resistance may help with the astigmatism.
  13. I have been trying to test and I am having difficulty determining: does this effect apply to you, the caster? For example, if I am Slept do I retain my Hold protection and Defense for 15 seconds? How about if I run out of Endurance? EDIT: The answer seems to be No, this only works for your allies.
  14. A T9 Support power (and T9s in general) should have immediate OBVIOUS effects that are generally useful in most situations. Right now Damping Field is still fairly niche. -Dmg/+Absorb, perhaps even just a moderate amount only at the time of casting rather than persisting for the duration, would make it immediately and noticeably useful in nearly all team and solo situations.
  15. The set is getting there, but with Trick Arrow and Electric Affinity as my references for what the HC team considers good support sets, it's not quite all the way there. Leaving aside PFF and Detention, and assuming the -Res numbers cannot be improved: The set is MOSTLY there, but the T9 is where it's lacking. Adding -Damage or +Absorb or both to the Damping Field would make it a pick you are EXCITED about.
  16. I believe they are currently working on bringing the lesser performing MM primaries up to par so that THEN they may look at the AT as a whole.
  17. My understanding is that doing the two choices on Sentinel SR was such a hassle that they don’t want to do it again.
  18. The passive bonuses are enough to let you see and hit enemies with NO additional Perception bonus IF you are in melee with them. It is also enough that if you add just 1 +Perception IO (Rectified Reticle or Warp) you basically won't ever be unable to see even when debuffed by a +4 Widow. It also makes it a little easier, especially in combination with the Auto Hit Defense debuff of Vulnerability, to hit Sorcerers through their Hurricane. For a passive version of Focused Accuracy that you get free at level 1 I'd say it's good enough.
  19. I’d guess it’s to keep it in the Development section.
  20. HOLY CRAP
  21. I have to echo others to some extent in that Repulsion Field does seem a little...volatile...is it possible the Repel is actually slightly too strong? How about lowering the Magnitude of the Repel but increasing the Radius of Knockback?
  22. This is because MMs get a ton of damage output for basically free.
  23. I don’t have any problem with MMs getting lower end costs on some powers.
