  1. ah yes, play tactically. I'm sure that will help me deal with LTs that take multiple mezzes to hold or confuse who can kill me in seconds if I miss even once.
  2. I like being able to switch forms constantly, I wouldn't want to lose that. But I agree the slot tax is egregiously bad.
  3. How about instead of a cooldown on the forms just an internal cooldown on the recharge ability?
  4. Pros and Cons: If you make the forms share slots with the human powers then when you switch forms your attacks will still be recharging if you just used them in the other form.
  5. Counterpoint: The size of the old Force Bubble was its weakness. It made it almost completely unusable in most team situations.

  8. Seriously, the Dominator AT is hot garbage without permadom. I want to be able to enjoy Dominators from level 1 onward, like I can every other AT in the game. My suggestion is get rid of permadom. Make the Domination bar build automatically, like Sentinels Opportunity, and disallow Recharge from reducing the cooldown. Maybe tweak something so the downtime isn't too bad. Or come up with a different solution, but something, ANYTHING, so this class isn't trash outside of Dom.

  11. I am really enjoying playing the new Force Field set! It's great to have debuffs on my spammable soft controls. It's great to have my repel field of a size that's useful with shorter range teammates, and it's nice having it at 18 instead of 32. I like the final bubble for the extra cushion against debuffs. Now we just need a couple small changes to the remaining powers and the set will be really, really solid. The remaining problem is that the last two powers in need of love are both no help to the team in most situations AND are somewhat redundant, one turtling yourself, the other turtling an enemy. Here are my suggestions: 1. Take 5% (Defender values) of the unenhanceable Res to All out of the Personal Force Field toggle and put it in a passive (you can call it Reinforcement Field) that you get just for owning the toggle. So when the toggle is up you have the same Def and Res as always, but the rest of the time you get a small unenhanceable Resistance bonus to cushion those attacks that get through your other defenses. 2. Make Detention Field functional in a team setting in some way. Here are a few possible ideas: a. Make it a single target Hold. b. Make it a single target Immobilize, Slow, -ToHit, -Damage, -Special debuff. c. Make recasting it on a target remove the cage. d. Get rid of it and add a "tractor" drop power instead. e. Some combination of the above ideas. Once these two powers are addressed I think the set will be pretty much perfect!

  14. Probably faster and easier though to just make Super Speed 37 and leave everything else.

  19. Your combat window agrees. It shows the power Stealth and the IO Unbounded Leap, as it should be.

  22. Hmm, that's no good... It sounds like the problem might be in Cloak of Darkness itself, which WAS having a little trouble in Beta that they thought they'd fixed...

  24. I'm not sure I think this is a good idea. But I'll play along. IF I thought this was a good idea, here's how I would do it: Tough and Kick get switched in order. Tough gets nerfed slightly. Kick gets buffed slightly. Done.
  25. The set needed something to contribute more when people weren’t in danger. That was the problem. That has now been fixed. Force Bubble can be learned, but making it useful on a big team is a chore and a half. They tried Detention as a toggle and it was even more niche instead of less, so they’ll come back to it later.
