1. Def. You simply don't want to get hit. Not only for the sake of avoiding damage, you also want to avoid Debuffs. 2. DDR. Most characters don't have this, but you can at least get some via Incarnates. You may skip out on the Incarnate option to focus on other stuff anyway. 3. Res. Unlike Def, Res has it's own built in Debuff protection. Pretty much anything else, see regen, is rather nice to have. Usually a set will lean one way or the other. Built for what it is designed for first. Do try to get the other as well as you can without sacrificing too much.

This was my thought as well. You could add to it as needed.

In the Guides section there are threads dedicated to farming. I think I might have also found a non-farming build there as well, but any build I have is before the change to procs and FA. They do well enough though.

Fun facts. I design my female characters on the more realistic side to where one person on Live couldn't believe my character was played by a guy. I got married post shutdown. and when I was playing a female character my wife wondered why she looked weird. I went into the character creator, and she walked me through the settings to make them less weird looking. For those wondering, minimize chest and legs, and max waist. If you do use the default athletic waist, the women do look rather anemic. Just jump up and watch the waist area when going down. So yes, there is so much outright terrible about the outfits players can pick from. My kingdom for male developers asking women if something looks realistic to them.

How procs were handled already got changed which impacted Rad. I'm not sure any future changes for the set are on the table as quite frankly there are outright underperforming sets to dealt with first.

I buy them at 8M. I did both sets for a MM at 7.5M per each IO.

Looks like I had Energize selected as on for mine, but not yours. In terms of Psy, I feel like the missions filled with Psy are obviously the most problematic, but those are really rare.

It's amazing to think of how I picture an assassin looking and how truthful that outfit is.

For those scoring at home once you turn off Incarnates: Def S/L: 45.3% E/N/T/P: 17% F/C: 32.7% Res S/L 73% E: 90% N: 51.9% F/C: 80.8% T: 8% P: 52.9% All I'm saying is, I get 75% S/L Res on an EA Brute and that's a Def based armor. You have 17% Def to Toxic with 8% Res, so there is no real surprise if Toxic based targets are an issue. My no real effort invested makes me think they have the -Def to remove what little Def you have. One thing to think about, you split the ATO to double the S/L Def, but you have no DDR. You might be better off going in on the 6-slot bonus for more Res. I honestly don't have a quick fix as I was scanning the build and kept finding little things to tweak so it would take me some time to rearrange things to see how it all worked out if it did. Part of the question is how bad do you want to fill that hole versus loading up on Inspirs to cover it?

Something which stands out to me doing arcs is finding unique maps. I found one recently. It was Council style cave base filled in a way I hadn't seen. Maybe my most memorable one was an Arachnos map where it looked like a cave huge spiders lived in. Arachnos bases have been a long standing rant for me. I went into that map and was like, "Dude. Why am I finally seeing this?" Oh to have that style of cave maps for Arachnos cave missions.

I've never bought a converter. Since coming back after the break I don't even really play the market anymore. Any character at this point crafts drops and converts as needed. If I play my 50s casually at night, see maybe two hours, I can regularly pull 40 mill in a night. I know I have done 100+ in some instances, but that would include longer play and duo boxing. Best case scenario for me is getting on at 10pm and playing until 1am. Also factor in downtime so even then I'm not fully playing for 3 hours. Play typically includes soloing at +2/x8 with it occasionally going to +3 +4 depending on the situation, but I haven't done non-farm +4 in a long time, and I hardly duo box a farm these days anyway.

I took a build someone recently posted and tweaked it a bit more to my liking. This is notably more expensive than I would normally do. I would also like to possibly add in a power, but I would like to test that build before doing so. Fire/kin. 'Nuff Said. I had one in the 20s on Live. I thought about doing one here and ended up with a Fire/time instead. Dark/kin. Sneaky good in the fact that Kin wants mitigation and Dark offers it. Kin's recharge helps get the one pets get back faster. More pets, more stuff to FS. Some powers are PBAoE. One cone though. I think the only real reason I got rid of mine is I already have a Dark/dark. Elec/kin. The Sleep pairs so well with Kin. Elec wants to be in melee. The single biggest issue for me is I don't know what to make of Elec. It feels like a bunch of different status effects tossed together versus something coherent. Lower on damage. I've made two Elec Controllers only to delete both. One being an Elec/kin in their 40s. Earth/kin. -Def helps Kin hit. Pet is a mini tank. You are FSing what for damage? Ice/kin. Plays in melee. Kin helps with Ice's end issues. Again, you are using FS to cap what damage? We joked with an SG mate about this. Note, we played before IOs. He was so glad to finally get Epic powers. I don't know enough about Arsenal to make a comment about it, but those are the ones I would look at.

Understandable in the difficulty of making RoP work. At least one of the picks is a travel power. I 1-slot Spirit Ward with Preventive Medicine: Absorb Proc. Even RoP is simply the two +3% IOs, so slot investment is minimal. I skipped two attacks, and 1 armor power to make it work. Skipping the rez in Regen takes care of that side. Skipping one attack tends to be easy enough. I should mention Shadow Meld as an 'Oh crap' button.

What are SOs? 😄 The easiest thing to do is sell the unattuned version and buy the attuned version. Once you start using unslotters, you start looking at losing even more money from getting what you want.

Tough, Weave, Rune of Protection. Basically toss as much mitigation at Regen as you can because it has none outside of Regen and Healing.

I would pair Regen with something which offers a health amount of mitigation. The easiest answer would be Ice although I would prefer Ice on pretty much any other AT.

I partly assumed it did. I will know more when my own Savage Stalker hits 26. Still, Stalkers get AS in a set which isn't known for a solid ST attack with Hemo being underperforming.

I have a couple Savage builds so I like the set, but I find it is the weakest on a Scrapper. Assassins' get AS and Savage Leap doesn't break Hide as it is a pet. Brutes get Fury and DoT loves Fury. Tankers get bigger AoEs. It is end friendly so being able to TP into mobs with two powers would be fun on a Savage/shield, but again, I see no reason to not go any other AT at that point. Savage with /ea or /sr would be an absolute buzzsaw. I have a Savage/rad Brute who is fun, but I'm still trying to talk myself into Rad as I simply prefer Def based armors. Axe wants recharge and the end to pull it off. /ea would be the contender for me here, and I don't think it is close.

Just an FYI, I've enjoyed my character far more if I leveled them without using a 2x XP booster. I can't imagine using one for a set I have never played.
