  1. You should download Mid's and use that if possible. If you 2-slot a power with Common IOs, just using two slots for it and adding in 5 IO Boosters to each essentially have them perform equal to the power being 3-slotted. 3-slotted is the max you want to slot in a specific power given boosting a single trait. If a power takes Acc, you very likely need to slot for it. Toggles to a default need End Reduc in them. Unless a power is on Auto, it to a default needs some End Reduc.
  2. Phant doesn't play nice since it has KB. You could skip casting it in a farm, Outside of Fire/kin Controller or Corr, I might be tempted to do a Ice/kin Corr since the slows will offer some mitigation and you can do ST damage to minimize aggro if need be. Stick a Ragnarok: Chance to KD in Ice Storm to further help.
  3. The most indirect AT you will get will be a MM. Demon/dark seems like a no brainer.
  4. Earning the slots feels quick enough even at 100% XP to where I'm not sure I care enough about the difference between 200% and 300%. I have a Vet Level 60 who should be able to get a level per tunnel run or at least close enough. If I duo boxed through an arc, I would think I would have everything unlocked or close to it. Let's say that's an hour's worth of work at 100%. If a server offers 200%, then yeah, that's not really worth worrying about.

    Max hp

If Stalker is an option, I would look at Sentinels as well even if they are a range class. They get Instant Regeneration versus Quick Recovery and End is manageable enough in this game. Outside of that, go Brute since they have the biggest HP pool.
  6. I still don't get how this hasn't been fixed, or even the fact it was added in at any point.
  7. The good news is you don't really need to change the build to account for changes to Claws and Regen. That's also the bad news. Five years and no changes to Regen.
  8. Normal XP = 100% 2x XP Booster = 100%, hence 200% overall. Server bonus = 100% So 300%.
  9. It says it in the link which was provided.
  10. This was some time ago.
  11. At one point Bill Z Bubba was looking to level asap on a build since he was trying to hit Level 666. He found max diff daily DA missions worked best.
  12. SR can hit 95%. SR on Sent can hit in the area of 76%.
  13. It's essentially helpful for any character not SR with the exemption of SR on a Sent as I can only get it in the +70% range. The best I can get outside of SR is around 50% from looking at some builds at a quick glance.
  14. I don't recommend using a build unless the person has actually played it to level 50 and for some time. I have seen a build theory crafted and it offered .1 End recovery while standing still. I try to only post builds which qualify under that rule, or at least least say I haven't when doing so is valid. It's still a good thing to look over a build and see how it can be tweaked to be better or more to your liking. Just because someone posts a build it doesn't mean they know what they are talking about. I've seen a fully IOed out build which still used 3-slotted Hasten.
  15. I mostly just look at DPA. Lethal is one of the most resisted damage types. It's one reason why I simply never solo at max diff on a character with Lethal damage. Max diff against DE? (laughs) DP can benefit from using procs. The spreadsheet linked before gives you overall numbers of resistances of mobs. I would easily skip Pistols. I read a guide on DP, and Piercing Rounds came across as the next most skippable power. For the Time side of things, I simply 4-slot Time's Juncture with Dark Watcher's Despair. AVs can resist debuffs on the level of 85%. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1arWBGWuwGCWqSrkLgnWK26xNTrILUO_QNKn8034A3L0/htmlview#gid=0
  16. It's too early in the morning for me to think of something else, but this might be the longest standing, 'How in the world is this still a bug?' bug. Also, the lack of Frank Zappa is disappointing in you all.
  17. Hell, I can borderline soft cap a Time Def via positions. I need to go back and see if I can. Note, I'm not talking with using PBU.
  18. You need to lead him to the safe. Except, I can get him up the stairs, and as soon as he does, he moves forward very little and then instantly sprints back to the bottom of then stairs in near but not exactly teleport like fashion. I have led the researcher to the top of the stairs numerous times, and in a couple situations I can get him close to the next set of stairs, but he then he zooms back to the same corner at the bottom of the stairs. I can practically go step by step with him following me, and then zoom. He's off to the bottom of the stairs again. He can go up the stairs near me, and as soon as I do pretty much anything he goes walking down the stairs. I've never walked a NPC so carefully to the end point, and have them simply walk away or should I say ZOOM away. It's almost like he tries to be next to me and in the NPC's mind being next to me is being parallel to me but doing so while downstairs. But again, I can be standing back the from stairs, he goes up, pauses, and zooms back down.
  19. I don't have a good answer for slotting Kin as I haven't gotten one to a decent enough level to really slot it out. I do have a Claws/ea and doing some switching around shouldn't be that difficult if you skip a couple powers in your primary. If you only skip one attack, you need to trim a slot here and there to make it work. So it isn't 1:1, but it should be fairly workable. |MBD;23757;1386;1848;BASE64;| |G8xcYKwKeHMO5cToYFAN3FEqb0e0mqj86ogAR5oq3alSr6qy69/NB8cT204bsSHUrFq| |ydPW1DgtIV7fp+YxQV6X+1N6qeu99OnfN6mpEzEsGBWML8NzforUs0e5saCZhJSLM0k| |yASSHMsbuVAZW4kxEGnlh60iK9aqrdn5AvFKkXQv67wL/4m38m3fxT7LZAsBB40nd4F| |Xm/UYh3O2LvxqWS37eQw4kWwZ9ovOtqSsRvIaKXjARFYD5hvMsLxHnY5V3jg1S89glq| |7f7mxlFCnEJLHCVPSN+psHB98T2bmfDa+e6Frfqw3+wN4p+1fmGuSKyUIdnUOF7qlEO| |fqGx+vuUAXTCgs0IMtB5UixUZhFXaSnGCWx+weVk/wTuLwX3fG0vvtD+WPhquWDtbvH| |V8aBB0qeN3VmfO+Yivb6EZSlXhw9xj+9mobCaWfqp3hb7RSnV7PV1cMaz6mhh6i/9Y4| |zHVdHbyavMb0Hc091N+IeD12fjN/UjI8bI+D1Gjf15jqjS/frDyc5q+SgX7CirH6rFV| |KvjO4GdB6Bd90ZffwkUvnn3FA7U+djG5eOqpx07wDW9xlVNf9pn/SdO9IV/q2bPr/1t| |ppljN/0f3rzpKB/WlMCldlYOfNz1sRlHEXbRKHCYBipC4TBrINAfxtvWKcV5b3EZw+y| |7LXkel7/+bugGwaQj3I5dPgCLkfvk0KEnuqwvm273UDEkTMOIKqjpk/JclvuAGJkOBL| |KYwa8OlxeKr8+DcVt/iPgh69BRtpymqjkPokX+i7QGDl/qL8sTvZs2+yQPzAIbYdzAv| |YIx9gX5PVRCT/BztbTulvNJL+utnFC3NplWRjwIavhnLN4ERVn34Nmzk8OfG2CvW/g2| |MlGOkVbuceL6Tpt2PjJLeJJ4b3opMdAYWgvUIM4xFuVYkRcwVlE1kjkfx7dbciFvP3K| |IPq7cW+3aMizurYKKEwz7FrAIYITtYNm/xo6Zbe6yPVgpAYtqykq1zRuQstlUWIqJFo| |e4Ybi3mFXgRvKtdYPFyMXOUunGwqoFP6yL7vbPnx8maAdgI9powdHrY0BlBeHZDrUwC| |JgWMkfeZTASQTpssn7b47doAjJRjJC8onbdyDrcCGjwfhj4e6nVF/4I7pq40QOmTFXZ| |LpjagxHS2vLlPzoLXucBCsPoXnIvpVHoCOilYr1Z5dMdKafnFbfMQRMN7lNJqX2u83f| |hjgLunTHRvxJoPDnmWUGshm2K5BFwKGCPxOEua+3xN4BTYN0JG+MT9MsT6QK83DRmwE| |exHod+Z6pzE5TcbEj5g0Ww41TDAhsAu4VbQHNSvf+/n3i9tsKuMAWMwf82DxJcsZTj/| |Xud1JcL9fqKnb/uEnp6WXw6NwyGW8cwDybwCXgmMkC5eDXTa7/wHfCMBjz1jdgZjFMh| |oUpICmY/MMCmxtB02Wtkf3VZX975pD4ANt+Yh2DBuQzS3AEawvEO8U4wdktpgo+83pJ| |5DMwpQG826yzQe9Atbz0fLl5rQBww5U9RmOqnFOlrUGzRPMkKWz4IVzS2AIRYYbgWKa| |fgFyf5SM1yV+sV6mvYN+Aj/Wt7ky1YtAVoscBCclw8+mcqe1L99cX+P/YFQaiA2HrmL| |zkRXv/V3XvwC4Tyf4bvS1ZqP4J+mk/CgfFtqm1qe2zqKYVRHVvsVEYbQmmL2rBZK8dl| |YnkfWCG7CtbqtjfqHeP4h9k997rKf4z9M84QYUrA8dtEAgRHcNDv5U1dtc5J+I99bLC| |0SrgQGx5Bsz6UuGj5aecFSGUbARJmJ9TbNfb+NHn5m9hhjGQuyz0W+6HNYne4rkNeaP| |r4BFkT0/26W3ywIzXrRDSIzncIKp3JaqnHi0nsb|
  20. I can breathe on a level 50 and pull in millions in a single night of gaming. With little effort I can pull in 15-40 million in a day. The sheer amount of end game build IOs I can buy at 1-2 million right now is healthy. I get not using IOs if you don't want to slot IOs because you don't want to get involved with doing builds. I had billions across numerous characters on Live despite only using Common IOs. Saying IOs are too expensive makes me go 'You mean in this economy?' They've literally never been cheaper. And this coming from a long time player? (lights self on fire) I made spreadsheet for all of my characters tracking if they have a final build, have they hit level 27 so they can start slotting for the end version of it, and how much currency they have on hand. I just glanced at it. I have at least 6* non-level 50 characters with 200+ mill sitting, and I only use IOs and sets where expected. I have literally never slotted a non-IO while on HC. Hell, I've taken two significant breaks across multiple hundreds of days after starting on HC. You could practically take nothing but currency, buy everything for a Level 50 build, and fill it with Level 35 Common IOs. Lets go on the high side and say that's 5-6 mill. 5-6 million isn't even cleaning out recipes post crafting and conversion from a single character. Run that build to T4 and you have enough currency to pimp out a second build. I'm pretty sure at this point I could do a number of builds in the area of 300 mill. That's a like a couple weekends of solid gaming at worst. * Four have 300+, 2 have 400+. Some of them have already been converted over post level 27. This says nothing about all of the IOs they have sitting in their trays to be placed as they level. At 27, I practically buy the rest of their build. I have a Level 33 who has four rows of IOs on hand for placement and conversion/selling. P.S. I haven't worked the market in a year plus partly due to not playing for most of it. All I do now is play, convert, and sell my drops, and yet I'm still doing fine. I'm literally counting down via spreadsheet to where all of my characters are covered.
  21. You mean the thing people have been doing since the early days of Live and even adding in soloing GMs? You are wishing for a game which doesn't exist.
  22. Take a WP build in a BP mission while solo and just see how high you can get the diff setting to go compared to other armors. I've done it on a Brute. On a Scrapper? (chuckles) You'll need significant mitigation coming from your attack set to feel comfortable on anything which starts to resemble a genuine higher diff setting, and even then, I would consider it iffy.
  23. FYI, I don't use Shadow Maul on either of my Scrappers. Touch of Fear on my Dark/sr recharges in 2.36 seconds and animates faster as well. It frees up taking a ranged attack to help fill out an attack chain. There is certainly some cases where Tankers win out between Brutes. Any SR can soft cap positional easy enough. Tankers just don't need something like Weave to do so. I never finished planning out my SR/dark Tanker, but even in it's current state, its mitigation numbers are rather absurd. I started to try out a Shield/dark Tanker, but it didn't look right in Mid's to me. I think taking Taunt forced me into one more power than I wanted to, but I need to go back and rework it. I already have a Dark/shield Scrapper, so any SR or Shield build needs to make me want to roll it. I will say I use a damage proc in pretty much every attack power even on my Dark Scrappers.
  24. ATO = ArcheType Origin. They are used only by the AT which is stated in the description. ATOs for Brutes can be found below. https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Enhancement_Sets#Brute You can skip on Fly and take either Super Jump or Speed easily enough. Hover is honestly just a mule for the LotG: +Recharge and doesn't need to be used in order to gain the benefit.
