I run a private discord for me, my wife and friends. Occasionally I invite others but not often. I invite in chat to fill spots not taken by my friends.

I play with my wife, who has several MMs. I dont want to turn off GF with her. I also never run characters with her that are effected. The null change would effect my gameplay, so the OP solution wont work. Kick on!

I have to admit...20 years of practice does take the guess work out of the game. I love playing blasters for the opportunity to let loose with a hail of death.

You could always solo the gms. that should be challenge. or maybe, dont slot your incarnates. Do it on level 45 or 35.

the point is, they added cc to mobs to increase the challenge. Half the ATs dont even notice the difference because they have built in Cc protection to 95% of it. Not a very good way of increasing challenge. Add melee attacks with large amounts of random to hit would challenge high def players. make them prioritize those mobs. Something outside of the box of just targetting the squishies. No need to nerf across the game, Fire armor has no kb mitigation. they have no problem finding fixes for it. Maybe we need more IO sets with status protection built in. maybe damage, healing or holds sets with a status protection function. Think of all the new builds that would shake up what is run today. A large part of the IO sets only exist for converter bingo, maybe they could be given some love to make them used. and the changes effect level 20, not 40+

I did a yin tf tonight. Had the freem kb and the wolf explosion at level 20. That is what is killing you soloing on a non melee toon. you get the boss mob down and insta full health wolf boss and kb..kb..kb..dead. I slot some kb protection asap, but others dont have the resources for that. Maybe they should take the status protection away from melee to give them the challenge they want/deserve? Might make things more exciting.

I was leading an ITF back on live on my stone tank. We has a stormie that loved his hurricane and would stand next to me when I was in granite. He was asked repeatedly to not do that. He refused to listen. He is the only person I have ever kicked from a tf. If I am on a blaster and you keep blasting groups into the wide area? I stop using AOEs at all. If I have heals? you wont be seeing them. You can use your power as you want, as can I.

On live, there was a group called repeat offenders, an all defender group. They did incredible, sometimes game breaking things. The devs specifically did NOT change the game based on them. You cant balance on the edge cases and keep a good game. Storm defenders are an edge case. Some of them like to think they can solo anything, and maybe some can. But some of them think they can but cannot. oh well.

You are running the opposite of a standard complaint. A player stacks his character with EVERY advantage they can possibly get, no matter how expensive or improbable. Then the come to the forums to complain that the game is too easy. You did the opposite but it is the same real problem. You stacked disadvantages and act surprised when they worked. In neither case should they change the game for everyone to suit your edgecase. "Doc, it hurts when I walk this way! Reply: Dont walk that way"

Got that the first time, you may not have understood my post. I was asking for the devs to change that to keep doing TFs at level as a valid leveling method. There is no good reason to keep them to only 50. the reward has zero to do with any level 50 requirement.

What does that have to do with running the WST? Sub 50s dont get incarnate rewards because they have not unlocked incarnate status, that is very straight forwards. But the prismatic drop has nothing to do with level. They are supposed to be rewards that drop from actually playing the game, not just running HM versions of the devs pet task forces.

Why is the prismatic drop from WST only for 50's? I love doing TFs on leveling toons, it is a great way to play your way to 50. But you dont get the prismatic from the WST. do sub 50's not like costumes? Does a single prismatic drop somehow make you OP? I feel like this is an oversight that could easily be fixed.
