  1. Interview with a Vampire, Louie to the reporter (Christian Slater) As far as that Psi hole goes... What Psi hole? The only hole that bothers me is the severe lack of Endurance Drain Debuff resist. However, with the high defense to Energy, most mobs are avoidable with their end sapping. Only the auto hit powers get through. This Hero build was built using Mids Reborn 3.1.2.5 https://github.com/LoadedCamel/MidsReborn Click this DataLink to open the build! 2. Meh, My Elec/Elec Over Powered Stalker is power hungry...MOAR POWAH! He's my only Elec/Elec and he'll take all the power you want to give him. So why not.
  3. I do, v3.1.2.5 Issue 27 Page 3 DBVersion 2021.1214. Luminara helped me remember what I was doing wrong though.
  4. Crap, you are right, I was looking at the wrong stat. I didn't right click on the regeneration bar in order to see the Hit Point per second numeral. I was simply looking at the percentage. What's worse, is that I fricken knew that, but for some reason it slipped my mind. God I must be getting old.
  5. I couldn't decide if that deserved a laughing face or a thank you, but it's such a strong point thematically I had to go with the thank you, lol.
  6. So in Mids, the Regen meter does not move after activating Dull Pain/Earth's Embrace. Anyone know the formula that can be used to determine the new regeneration rate after using these abilities?
  7. People are going to tell you how to play no matter what you do. Doesn't mean you have to listen. Not sure why this has to be any different. Not everyone slots their KB powers with a KB to KD either, in fact some actually slot KB enhancements, it's simply a choice...and how many times have I heard, "I am all for choices." What you are talking about is a forced action, and I typically try and stay away from forced changes.
  8. Not when you are shackled it doesn't. Setting aside everything else you wrote, being Immobilized is like having your ankles shackled to a ring in the concrete. If I throw a refrigerator at you, it's going to knock you down, not back...unless of course I throw it so hard your feet are literally left behind still shackled as your body flies backwards that is, lol. So no, If I immobilize, no targets should be getting knocked back when I put it all together in my head. Targets getting knocked when they are Immobilized seems very off, in a gaming mechanical sense and in a more reality sense.
  9. Why has this gotten absolutely zero responses? As many people who complain about this in game, you would think this thread would be popping. Real disappointing when you speak up on complaints people have regularly, but you garner no support. I'm here to support, @Replacement
  10. Oh hell yes, thanks for that. I'll give it a longer look once I am able, but what I have read so far is insightful.
  11. I see. That wouldn't really work, since that only works for my Knock Back powers. That doesn't work for other people's knock back powers.
  12. You kind of worded that a bit odd, but if you are saying it in a way that I think you are, you mean wouldn't it makes more sense to just have an IO that gives Immobilize powers a -KB mechanic? If so, that is pretty much what I asked for. It's no different than sets that grant KB to KD in attacks, not all attacks can use them. Kind of the same thing in my head.
  13. True, but I have seen many people (including myself) say that Gravity was their favorite set. It's just a shame that it is one of the two sets that does not come with -knock back. So hopefully the audience is a bit larger than it may appear.
  14. Under controlled tests and according to all available info, Gravity AoE Immobilize does not prevent Knock Back. The only thing that prevents knock back is the single target and AoE Hold.
  15. There are a select few that already have -Knock Back built in to the Immobs. However, my personal favorite is Gravity, unfortunately, it does not prevent knock back. I would like a set that grants -Knock Back to sets that lack them in their AoE Immob.
  16. That was pretty genius right there.
  17. I have never had a respec work if I had untrained levels. I didn't even think it was possible. I have done this several times when I didn't realize I had untrained levels since relaunch. I guess I am just not one of the lucky ones.
  18. I recall Clockwork King being a tough cookie back in the day. The only Tank that could really Tank him efficiently were Stone Tanks, they were the only ones who had Psi Defense back then, and Clockwork King hit a hell of a lot harder in those days and had a wicked AoE that could one shot lowbies easily. I don't know that I would have called him the hardest, but in those days you didn't want to go after Synapse without a well built team.
  19. I wish I had thought abuot that during my Stalker PvP days. My main PvP character was a Spines/SR, and that crash was tough. I had it timed pretty good though where I could pop blues fast enough that my toggles wouldn't drop, but it was only half and half. Sometimes I would catch it in time, sometimes I wouldn't. That would have been good to know back during i7 - i9, lol.
  20. Okay, I just wanted to make sure I was not overlooking it anywhere. Thought maybe I kept over looking it as I dropped down all the different tabs. And yes, I soooo agree with the flight magnitude, that would be a great addition indeed.
  21. If you look at Static Shield, you'll see that it covers two types of Endurance resist effects. Then you take a look at Grounded, and it covers only one type. Now, we check the combat attributes and it shows the Recovery Resistance, but it does not show the Endurance Drain resistance. I noticed this when I had realized that the attributes given by Grounded were not added to the Recovery Resist information in the combat attributes. That was what got me to realize that the two attributes were separate from each other and that so far as I can tell, there is no attribute log to cover the resistance to recover. I'll post that pic in the next chat below.
  22. That is actually what brought me to ask this question. It's two different things. One resists to endurance recovery debuffs , while the other is resist to endurance drain. I can find the resistance to recovery debuff with no problems, but I cannot find the resist to endurance drains anywhere.
