  1. Individual blocks with selectable texture option like brick or wood. Barring that, some rularuu stuff could be nice.
  2. Just for fun of it. Tier 1 : Lure : Ranged Location AoE, Lure, -Perception. Summons illusionary sounds at targeted location, if enemy close enough they investigate it. It also applies perception debuff when they enter area. Tier 2 : Rewound : You could activate this power to inflict damage on your enemies. But only if they have taken a damage already. If they get hit by 200 damage for example, it will inflict 200 again, which heals after effect ends. Only previous damage counts. You can also use this on allies for healing them temporarily. Tier 3 : Placate : You placate single enemy, pretty boring power that need no explanation. You could also use this on your allies to clear stun, sleep effects. Tier 4 : Hypnotic Gaze : Timed toggle, Cone : Sleep As long as you look towards enemies with this power they will sleep.... for 1 seconds, then, they apply again as long as you maintain contact with the enemy. if you were to turn away at other direction they will recover. Tier 5 : Illusionary Displacement : Ranged (Location AoE), +Defense (Ranged) +Stealth Pretty bit a boring power that provides defense for your allies and yourself with twist. You could collapse this field when you activate again to stun enemies with flash of light. Tier 6 : Torpor : Ranged (Targeted AoE), Foe -Regen, -Rech, -SPD Pretty basic power that slows your enemies. Tier 7 : Spectral Weapons: Click PBAoE Buff You buff your allies with spectral weapons. Every damaging power can activate twice like spectral wounds. With same heal at the end effect. Pretty boring but can't think of replacement. Tier 8 : Phantom Clones : Place (Location AoE) Toggle You place phantom generating field that summons 3 your clones. Each copy has only single hp, they also can't deal any damage whatsoever. They will also have same threat level as you. But when they die, they will inflict random status effect, sleep, stun, confuse or hold with vomit animation. Each time they die you lose -1 Endurance. Up to 9 clones can be generated maximum, field can only generate 1 clone every 3 second. Tier 9 : Summon Doppelganger : When you activate this power, you summon exact copy of yourself for 1-4 minutes, but your copy do nothing but stand in its place, You can activate this power again to switch places with your copy, each switch applies -to hit debuff on nearby enemies. Your copy attacks same as your primary, it can't use your secondary. Additionally, when you take fatal damage (0 hp) it automatically disappears and your character appears on your copy's previous location. Sort of like you were illusion in the first place.
  3. Well thats fine, there is a thing called knockback protection which even squishes easily can get unlike poor mobs.
  4. I don't think held enemy should be able to get up at all. So Hold : They don't get up until hold duration expires. Immobilize : Unchanged Stun : They get up very slowly unless they are flying, then it is unchanged Sleep : They don't get up until sleep duration expires. I wish sleep powers could also include knockdown too ( while also enemy stay unaware for powers like Mass Hypnosis of course ), so that it looks like enemy sleeping but probably not going to happen as it makes too much sense. Fear/Terrorize : Unchanged Confuse : Unchanged Thats it.

  6. Currently there are 3 targeting commands for enemies. TAB: /target_enemy_next Cycles through enemies on screen. CTRL+TAB: /target_enemy_near Always targets the nearest enemy. SHIFT+TAB: /target_enemy_prev Cycles through enemies on screen in reverse order. It will be nice if there was new command as well Call it /target_enemy_cam Basically it will target whoever you are looking at the moment ex: my back is turned but my screen looking at some mobs and you can target it with this way.
  7. Belt Detail would be cool. You can put book, tablet, phone etc on belt in either side Also glove detail so you can wear watch. And thats about it.
  8. Fear powers arent suppose to make mobs run away though. Unless you mean patch powers like burn, howling twilight etc. Essentially change is only applies to Terrorize powers like control sets. I don't know if fear conversion effects is possible either since whats with spaghetti code but there is always hope. As for set bonuses yeah i have no knowledge about what set bonuses should be. Even %4 feels low though. Maybe we could change to endurance discount or something.
  9. Magnitude is standard 3 as for set bonus values... I just copied them from existing fear sets so they may change too.

Paralyzing Fear 20-50 Fear/Range Accuracy/Fear/Recharge Accuracy/Recharge Endurance/Fear Endurance/Recharge Accuracy/Fear Set Bonuses 2: Improves the duration of your Fear effects by 3.75%. 3: Increases maximum Health by 1.875%. 4: Improves the Accuracy of all your powers by 9%. 5: Improves the Recharge of all your powers by 8.75%. 6: When you use fear power on already terrorized target convert all fear into held effect with %50 duration lost. Occurs once every 20 seconds. (Essentially 3 PPM) As you can see there is no proc. Proc is only exist at 6 set bonus so it is kinda different and it isn't overpowered (I think? I mean who slots fear power these days? especially 6 slot?). Anyway rest... Backstabbing Fear 20-50 Fear/Recharge Accuracy/Recharge Endurance/Fear Endurance/Recharge Accuracy/Fear Fear/Accuracy/Recharge Set Bonuses 2: Improves the duration of your Fear effects by 2.75%. 3: Increases Energy and Negative Energy Defense by 2.675%. 3: Increases Ranged Defense by 1.425%. 4: Increases Recovery by 4%. 5: Increases Negative and Energy Resistance by 4.5%. 5: reduces the duration of Immobilize effects on you by 7.5%. 5: reduces the duration of Hold effects on you by 7.5%. 5: reduces the duration of Stun effects on you by 7.5%. 5: reduces the duration of Sleep effects on you by 7.5%. 5: reduces the duration of Fear effects on you by 7.5%. 5: reduces the duration of Confuse effects on you by 7.5%. 6: When you use fear power on already terrorized target convert all fear into confusion effect with %50 duration lost. Occurs once every 20 seconds. And Purple Set Contagious Horror Fear (Superior) Fear/Recharge (Superior) Fear/Recharge/Accuracy (Superior) Recharge/Accuracy (Superior) Fear/Endurance (Superior) Contagious Fear Two enhancements increases Recovery by 4%. Three enhancements increases Fire and Cold Resistance by 6%. Three enhancements reduces the duration of Immobilize effects on you by 10%. Three enhancements reduces the duration of Hold effects on you by 10%. Three enhancements reduces the duration of Stun effects on you by 10%. Three enhancements reduces the duration of Sleep effects on you by 10%. Three enhancements reduces the duration of Fear effects on you by 10%. Three enhancements reduces the duration of Confuse effects on you by 10%. Four enhancements improves the Accuracy of all your powers by 15%. Five enhancements improves the Recharge of all your powers by 10%. Six enhancements increases Toxic and Psionic Resistance by 6%. Six enhancements reduces the duration of Immobilize effects on you by 10%. Six enhancements reduces the duration of Hold effects on you by 10%. Six enhancements reduces the duration of Stun effects on you by 10%. Six enhancements reduces the duration of Sleep effects on you by 10%. Six enhancements reduces the duration of Fear effects on you by 10%. Six enhancements reduces the duration of Confuse effects on you by 10%. Set bonuses are same as any purple set since i don't think we can change those.
  11. Make Instant Healing.... instant. Crazy I know. Get rid of recharge Now it is spammable but you need to manage your endurance as well. Though endurance management is too good nowadays. So everytime you use it there should be -max end for 10 sec? idk
  12. Almost all auras have tendency to disappear if you choose dark color. It will be nice instead of dimming light it emits black light or something similar to dark customization on some powers.

  15. How about this? Phantom Clones : You summon illusionary doppelgangers to torment your enemies. But it is toggle. They are not immortal though they die if they killed, but since it is toggle it keeps summoning them. Summon time could be adjusted accordingly so it is not overpowered or weak.
  16. Being able to create our own vehicles duh. I already created mine in base from different parts but I can't actually drive. You can almost say ''it drives me nuts'' even.
  17. Ability to add image to your CoH characters for example: Custom SG Logo Custom Chest Detail Ability to add screenshots to base in order to make memoryline or something else. Lots of potential there. Now, I know it could be tool for abuse/troll or something beyond mortal comprehension. It could be cool though.
  18. I kinda see this working as testing purposes on AE missions where it is hard to find what you looking for. But normal game? No thanks. Or put some kinda sonic radar device as temp power maybe? It will ping if what you looking for is nearby when you activate it. But also de-stealth you.

  20. From my understanding cast times are wildly different for different powers. Also animations could be considered too. Like : Fistful of Arrows is similar to Repeating Bolt. But archery cast time is low compare to say Cutting Beam (which animation comes from) That is not to say it is impossible but just hard probably. Hence new powerset
  21. Tier 1 : Light Bolt : Ranged, Lethal, Minor Damage, Minor DoT You use your crossbow to do damage and bleed enemy. Tier 2 : Shove : Melee, Smash, Moderate Damage, Foe Knockback You use butt of your crossbow to push enemies away and do damage while you are at it. Tier 3 : Heavy Bolt : Ranged, Lethal, Moderate Damage, Foe Knockdown You use your crossbow to do heavy damage while knocking enemy down. (Standart Crossbow animation) Tier 4 : Repeating Bolt : Ranged Cone, Lethal, High DoT. You quickly shot your crossbow bolts in front of you to deal heavy damage. (Uses Cutting Beam Animation from Beam Rifle) Tier 5 : Focus : Self, Chance to do double damage You focus to increase your damage Tier 6 : Escapede : PBAoE, Moderate Lethal DoT. Foe Knockdown, Self Teleport, +Def You escape backwards and quickly shot your crossbow bolts at your previous location. Tier 7 : Exploding Bolt : Ranged, Targeted AoE, High Lethal/Fire Damage, Foe Knockback You fire a grenade-tipped bolt at long range. This explosion affects all within the blast radius, and can knock them back. Tier 8 : Penetrating Bolt : Sniper, Extreme DMG (Lethal/Smash) Foe -Def -Res. You use penetrating bolt on enemy to weaken their defenses. Tier 9 : Shocking Bolt : Ranged, Superior DoT (Smash/Energy) Sleep (Pulsing) You fire a electric tipped bolt at enemy to put them in sleep

  23. Tier 1 : BANG! : Ranged Foe Fear You shoot foe with toy pistol. Except it doesn't do anything but scare the hell out of them. Tier 2 : Whaam! : Melee Minor Smash Damage, Knockback You bring your hammer from out of nowhere to make foe bounce everywhere. (Causes random knockback same as brawl from April 1 Event) Tier 3 : Oopps wrong way : Melee Location (AoE) Self Teleport Foe Moderate Smash Damage, Knockdown/Disorient You bring your brush to make tunnel that only you can go throught to targeted location. Enemies may try to follow throught tunnel but they instead fall down and take damage. Tier 4 : It didn't hurt did it? : Ranged Foe Knockdown High Smash Damage. From out of nowhere something fall on your enemy. Flattening them. While flattening they can't get up. (May lasts 5-10 sec) Tier 5 : It didn't hurt : Click : Self Debuff Resistance. +Smash/Lethal Resistance You have cartoonish physique. Cannot be debuffed or injured. (Not really) Tier 6 : Prank : Ranged Targeted Aoe : Foe ST Aggro/AoE Hold Special. You bring your pencil from out of nowhere to draw on enemy faces. Maybe you like mustaches or something else. No matter what you draw, enemy will be angered and attack you. While nearby enemies will have uncontrollable laughter. Tier 7 : You deserved it : Melee/Ranged Single Target/Single Target, Moderate Smash Damage, Knockdown. You grab the enemy to toss to another enemy. (Basically you grab enemy by pressing Tier 7. Then you got few seconds to select enemy to toss it (Need to press tier 7 again). Otherwise enemy will slip and escape.) Tier 8 : BANG! x2 : Ranged Foe High Lethal Damage. You shoot foe with your real pistol this time. Has a snergy with BANG!. Making it autohit if you use T1 first. Tier 9 : Whaam! x2 Melee High Smash Damage, Knockback. Same as Whaam! but with bigger hammer. Has same effect as brawl from April 1 Event.
