  1. Telekinesis from Mind Control was ally Flight power instead of toggle hold power. That said Liquiefy really needs recharge reduction.
  2. I think we can call it Celestial powers. Celestial Blast, Celestial Aura, Celestial Melee, Celestial Affinity etc. It doesn't have to be holy or light. Then we can add new enemy types with Celestial powersets similar to skullz called Zealots or something light related.
  3. Clicking mission doors. So much annoyance that I wait someone to open the door then go through open door. Saves me some 1 seconds.
  4. I'm not sure why we need mez protection in pvp? Aside from offensive toggles dropping of that is. Most mez lasts 4 seconds anyway. Sometimes not even that. Then you get 10 seconds of immunity to all mez on top of that? I guess it is useful on group matches.
  5. This happens to Dark Servant as well. If it will use Twilight Grasp then die in middle of animation (or expire) Dark Servant rez itself. Then you can summon another dark servant while this one active. It happened more than once.
  6. Machine Gun Tier 1 : Burst : Ranged, Moderate Damage over Time (Lethal) Foe -Defence Quickly fires a Burst of rounds at a single target at long range. Damage is average, but the firing rate is fast. Can also reduce the target's defense. Tier 2 : Rapid Fire : Ranged, Moderate Damage, Lethal/Smash, Foe Knockback You can fire off a quick burst of lead. Tier 3 : Heavy Burst : Ranged (Cone), High Damage over Time (Lethal), Foe -Defence Fires a Heavy Burst of rounds at foes in a long cone in front of the user. Can also reduce the targets' defense. Tier 4 : Chain Gun : Ranged, Lethal, High Damage over Time, Chance to chain. Sprays a massive burst of lead at a target with chance to chain to nearby targets. Tier 5 : Reload : Reloads primary powers and grants To hit/Damage buff. Recharge should be longer than most of Aim powers. Tier 6 : Heavy Assault : Ranged (Location AoE), Lethal, Moderate Damage over Time, Chance to knockdown. Sprays massive amount of bullets at targeted location. Tier 7 : Auto Fire : Ranged, Lethal, High Damage Over Time, Foe Chance to Fear. Sprays a massive burst of lead at a target with chance to terrorize nearby enemies. (Not enough to hold them just until animation ends) Tier 8 : Gatling Gun (Ranged) Targeted Area of Effect, Smash/Lethal, High Damage, -Resistance Fires a massive volley of armor piercing shells. Tier 9 : Full Auto : Toggle , Ranged (Cone), Superior DoT(Lethal), Foe Chance to knockback , Chance to repel. Self -Movement Speed Opens up your Machine Gun on Full Auto to lay down a massive spray of bullets at your target. Although very slow to reload, damage from this attack is massive, shredding all targets within the narrow cone of effect. This is a timed toggle. Meaning it will remain active then go into recharge after 30 seconds. Since Damage is superior DoT. I imagined it will be too powerful hence Chance to repel/knockback so that they get further away from you. Or we could nerf damage to Moderate DoT and remove knockback/repel component. Either way works. Also you will get walk animation with gun in both hands hence -Movement Speed for Self. (No root since it will be pointless otherwise) Anyway let me know your thoughts. Is it too powerful or too weak or just right?
  7. How about just make them mini-pets? As I understand pets always follow their summoner except few cases (You are on high ground, pet can't fly).
  8. Does that mean now we are able to walk through walls in mission maps or is it outdoor maps only?
  9. Maybe it used to work before but I can't install it right now. Installer simply doesn't work. Not sure of normal launcher though.
  10. Things like making your right arm one size bigger than normal or leg. No idea if engine allows it though.
  11. I kind of write this. But it looks like manipulation set instead of support set lol. Anyway. Earth Affinity Tier 1 : Earth Block : Summon Earth Block Minion level HP. Can resist smash/lethal damage a bit. Can obstruct hallways or similarly cramped spaces. Higher threat level. When destroyed it will cause small landslide that does knockdown patch with slow aura. You can destroy it early to cause landslide. Small radius though. Tier 2 : Earth Pit : Ranged (Location AoE), Target -Speed, -Def, -Damage, -Fly You open a pit of earth that does slow foes. Similar to tar patch. Causes -Damage and -Def. Tier 3 : Quake Feet: Toggle : Foe -To hit -Def, Chance to knockdown, Chance to stun. You cause small earthquakes with every step as long as you are on ground. Resulting earthquakes can cause foes to slip and fall. Sometimes they even cause vertigo stunning them momentarily. Tier 4 : Geoward : Click : Team +Absorb +Recovery, +Res to Regen/Recovery. You draw small lifeforce out of Earth to nourish and protect you and your team. Tier 5 : Tunnel : Toggle : Self Phase, Only affect Self. Team +Def to all but psi. Foe Knockdown, -Damage. You burrow into Earth to make yourself invulnerable and protect your team as long as they step onto earth marks. Foes that step into earth marks will slip and fall instead. Earth marks only last 10 seconds or so. It will automatically deactive this power if you are not moving. It will automatically deactive after 30 seconds too. Tier 6 : Seismic Sense : Toggle :PBAoE Team +Defense to all. +Perception, +To hit. As long as you are on ground you can sense vibrations and provide protection for teammates. Tier 7 : Earth Cage : Ranged ST Hold. You hold foe using nothing but Earth. Tier 8 : Burrow/Ascend : PBAoE Self Teleport, Summon Landslide, High Smash Damage, Foe -Def, Stun You burrow into ground to teleport targeted location. Exploding out of Earth to deal damage. Tier 9 : Terraform: Ranged (Location AoE) Team : +Res to all but psi, Immobilize, Stun, Slow. | Foe : -Speed, -Res, Chance to knockdown. You terraform the Earth to provide protection for allies and debuff your foes. I may need help with Lame/Overpowered powers. So this is just a prototype.
  12. This is suspiciously close to melee/support AT I'm hearing all year about. That said it will be better as new AT instead. People hate huge changes.
  13. Just idea that stuck on my mind lately. Instead of ground erupts into shower of dirt, what about petrify effect as new FX option? Just ST hold and maybe immobilizes (just legs really) and Salt Crystals. Their skin texture should change to rocky texture similar to granite armor though I don't know if it is possible. And it will not clutter screen so it is big bonus.
  14. One thing you didn't account for... Damage. It is fine on controllers because of containment buffs and they get support as secondary. It is also fine on dominators because they have secondary for that. While archetype interesting. It is probably just going to Sentinel version 2 again. Also since control is secondary they have to get ST immobilize lol.

  16. It appears it no longer debuffs target's regen. Instead it gives double -damage debuff in pve. In pvp it still gives %-397 regen though.
  17. /0 is not really exist. It is just Ui glitch. Default is 0x1
  18. psi/sr stalker. It is fun but slog sometimes because some enemies resist psi damage
  19. Then I don't know. I encountered this type of bug though. It eventually go away on server reset. Or you can just create new character under that name on different server, then move that character of server of your choosing? I remember I did that many weeks ago if it didn't go away. Then CharacterName become CharacterName1 but I was able to rename them to CharacterName.
  20. Maybe someone else claimed that name. You can check it out by typing /friend Burnt Toast on different character to see if they did that.
  21. Unlimited base building space Customizable npcs Ability to place moving npcs Ability to place moving objects Custom Teleport points with option to rename them. It will be nice if it was unlimited. Option to make objects invisible or setting alpha 0-255 could be nice. Option to make objects with noclip. For secret entrances. and Unlimited base building space.
  22. Base building in real maps. Results would be chaotic.... Maybe villains can set up lairs and heroes can create sidekicks to destroy it. Aside from these, I just want to gamble on St. Martial.
  23. Defender/Corruptor's Dark Mastery is exactly same though. Just 2 minutes recharge with same values. Only thing is different is for Soul Mastery recharge is doubled which makes sense in a way I guess since it is villain power.
  24. Currently it has a recharge of 4 minutes. Other versions have 2 minute recharge though, can they be similar? Just cut down to 2 minute recharge?
  25. Maybe merge icicles with chilling embrace to make room for something else? turning icicles into cold damage is first start.
