  1. Since they're both GM commands that have no business being used by players, comparing them is appropriate. Comparing a GM command to all of the teleportation options that already exist plus all the teleport options the developers gave us is disingenuous.
  2. It should be mostly accurate. I dont think any tables have changed, but new ones were added. PvP damage tables (page 5?) and Special Mod tables (issue 27) are the new ones that come to mind
  3. Updated and pushed Taunt Auras to accept Taunt Set IOs (I made these changes based on patch notes only)
  4. Warshade changes have been updated and pushed. Shadow Recall now mirrors Teleport Target, Starless Step now mirrors Combat Teleport, and Shoadow Slip now mirrors Fold Space.

  6. Use the link and instructions I posted earlier. These are unofficial changes so they will not upload automatically to Mids. You have to annually change out your i12.mhd file (in the data folder) and add in the SonicManipulation.png to the Images folder. Simply copying over the Data folder and Images folder will do the trick though.
  7. This is likely due to the redirect nature of the power. The Detailed Information could probably use an overhaul as missing information (or bugged information) is quite common.

  11. The system isn't intended to be driven by the combo mechanic. It is more of a graduation/maturation of your power. By the time you reach level ~20, you gain Total Focus and one or two of your other powers will be able to do a little extra. But even without the combo mechanic, the changes to EM should hold up. In other words, you don't need the combo to play the set early on, rather the combo unleashes your potential at later levels.
  12. Achromatopsia might have issue with it, but it appears all other forms of color blindness should be able to pick out the differences. If anything the red and gold might be harder to decipher, but going through each filter it seems as though it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

  14. I can't seem to fix it. It will likely live on as a known bug. From what I can tell: Power Crash: Does not recognize Alpha buffs, but enhancements, set bonuses, self buffs and Assault Hybrid passive buff seem to work Energy Transfer (Fast): Does not recognize anything. No enhancements, no bonuses, no buffs. Energy Transfer (Slow): This does recognize enhancements, but I didn't look at stuff beyond that. When the new Mids gets release, hopefully we won't have these issues. Energy Transfer will be handled completely differently, so I'm not worried about this bug. However, Power Crash I'm very confused about so we'll have to find the root cause and see if we can avoid the problem in the future Mids.

  16. I don't mind, I'm half-assing a lot of it (my addition of the Faraday Cage to EMP arrow is a good example of that). But it will be good enough to get folks by until the new Mids is released.
  17. MRBU merged with Mids awhile back, so links will be dead. This was a locked thread that I'm only reviving to provide some partial updates to include i27. The updates I am providing need to be pulled from the link I posted earlier. These will not be available via the update button in Mids as these are still unofficial and incomplete. I'm rushing this out just to provide folks with enough of the new info to help them with builds, but it is not at all polished. I had to re-do Trick Arrow like 4 times today, alone. .

  19. It depends. I like how TP now gives you about 4 seconds of untouchable, so you can leave granite form and travel without fear of getting hit. You can even TP into a mob, then turn on granite. So it will depend, I like both, but I'll probably stick with TP
  20. More Trick Arrow clean-up fixes have been pushed. PGA should have the correct modifier table now EMP Arrow should now be available at level 32 for defenders Disruption Arrow should be 30s recharge for all ATs now OSA should be -25% defense for all ATs

  22. Just fixed Trick Arrow. I had a few boo-boos that should now be fixed. Flash Arrow wasn't updated to i27 Disruption Aura had the wrong AT Modifier Table set on the pseudopet, hopefully numbers look right now. Mastermind used the wrong pet for Disruption Aura Mastermind had the wrong endurance costs, I changed all those back to include their MM tax. (FYI, a few of the endurance costs on live also don't have the tax included, but I imagine that bug will be fixed soon, so I decided to just include the tax now as opposed to have to change it back later). EDIT: Also fixed Disruption Aura. It can now take EndMod sets
  23. Yeah, I haven't updated everything. Just what I said I touched. If there is something that I missed in regards to Trick Arrow, Energy Melee, Titan Weapons or Sonic Manipulation, let me know.
