Right now I can't change it past character creation. This might be a part of re-enabling the code that lets each costume slot be male, female or huge. Six-Six Posted April 30, 2020 Share Posted April 30, 2020 (edited) You can. you have to talk to the Cosmetic Surgeon (Icon) or Facemaker, and not the hired help up front. They would need to go through years of pre-med, med school, specialisation, and pass the licensure exam to become practising surgeons. But seriously, why would you need to? In every tailor, there's a surgeon. Just go to the surgeon.
