drgantz
I plan on making an MA or StJ/Ninj Scrapper. I want to increase the Ninja Stealth ability. Should I add Stealth from the Concealment Pool? Are there any IOs that would help?
Timeshadow
The easiest way would be to get a +Stealth IO from the Celerity set and put it in Sprint. Combined with Shinobi-Iri, you'll be invisible to most mobs. I don't remember if SI stacks with stealth from other powers like Super Speed or the Concealment pool. If it does, then you could take one of those powers to achieve the same effect. 1 You wanna play Peacebringer?😒 Fine, but at least check out this guide first: Peacebringers STILL SUCK!!! Haijinx
You can use combat jumping if you prefer and don't want to run sprint all the time. I'm curious if you can slot it in combat teleport and trigger it that way. My mids is pretty dated and the new one doesn't want to install for me.
HelenCarnate
On my /Ninja characters I use either super speed or a stealth IO in sprint. Most times I do both since caves can be a pain with super speed and I still have a back up plan to stealth my way to the end if I feel like speeding through.

There is a Stealth IO for all Travel powers (Jump/Run/Fly/Teleport) Ninja's Stealth does not stack with Stealth from other powers (same for all stealth powers). HOWEVER it does stack with the Stealth IO
drgantz
Thank you all for your replies. I looked up Celerity. It lasts for 2 minutes when activated. Does it activate when I turn on Sprint? Since I don't want to activate it at that time, can it be inserted into my stealth power?

You can't slot in Shinobi-Iri, but you can slot in Kuji-In Rin. However, since that's your mezz protection, you wouldn't be able to turn it off. Alternatively, you could slot it in one of the prestige sprints. Uuniverse

I just do the habit of putting it in Sprint and turn off sprint. However, Ninja can put it in the Mez Protection if wanted. Of course, there's a Jumping one and you can put it in Combat Jumping. Per CoD it does take the Time and Space Manipulation set (which contains a stealth IO) I usually slot in either Sprint or CJ. Which I use depends a lot on how endurance usage is on the character since I'll run either pretty much non-stop unless I have an escort mission where I'll toggle it off (which is fine since hostages tend to have a move speed one step up from walk 😉)

Just a quick note - if the IO says it lasts for 2 minutes, that's only for click-type powers. If you put it in a toggle or auto power, it's basically permanent. Also, while stealth powers do not stack, you will get the benefit from the greater buff, so since Ninjitsu's stealth power grants, IIRC, 35' and the regular stealth power is around 50-55', having both on will give you the greater value, (thought TBH, it's kind of an expensive toggle to run), so I'd go with the stealth IO.
