So, is the base of a stalker's toHit a smidge higher than everyone else's? I dunno about this math here. The values clearly have 2 decimal places - which are zero. I know this may not be a world where 75+6=81, but ...

Were you enacting with the world in any way? buffs from league etc that might be in the .51%_ range.  or tiny set bonuses or ato stuff?

I noticed some math like that on beta where it didn't add up, but there I thought it had something to do with someone's resistance.

 

It might be some odd rounding math in the code.    "Let's make sure we round everything up in favor of the player by adding 1"

That's actually something I found in a different code base once to get around a floor function.  (Instead of actually fixing...)
