Aether Shop Rewards

I’m curious why some villain groups aren’t represented in Aether Shop Rewards. There are no Family costumes, and I’d really like to get a Family boss costume. The NPCs render so much better than the closest you can get in the character creator. Same with the Ancient Mummies from the Halloween event. Any chance we could get those?

Missing any Family NPCs, but during the Halloween event players can purchase the Arisen Mummy outfit from the Halloween event vendors. 

 

 

Edit: And to answer your question, the development of the Prismatic costumes are done by one developer and they pump them out each page update. Take a look at all the ones available on this helpful wiki page:

Me too, as players gobble up prismatics on the AH. It does appear that folks have again flooded the AH with them, but it looks like the prices have been set too high for most of them.

Edit: It was a 15 billion inf run for around 4,500 aethers back in January this year. They wanted the T4 costumes for their farmers. The Discord link above provides context of the purchases as they made them in real time.

I've accumulated close to that amount of in game wealth but I've also spent that much hehe

It wasn't that long ago that the supply of Prismatics was 800 or fewer, and then over the course of a few weeks I'd see filled bids of 2Minf or so. This supply was about 2K yesterday and over 3K today. Selling Prismatics is one of the lowest overhead ways to make Inf... and I'm not sure that this is a place to try to make a fortune from flipping.

I can’t fathom spending that kind of inf… I don’t even have anywhere near that amount across all 260 characters combined.

 

hell, I really want a mini-mode for a new alt idea I have, currently sitting on ~50 aethers and wondering how I’m going to get the next 200…

But on how many characters? I have seen the price over 2M each, but typically the price sits below that point.

On one character I bought enough aethers for undefined plus loads of other costumes.    I drove the price up to like 3 million at one point though it didnt last long.  They replenish in the AH fairly quick.

I'm not sure what you mean? Just picking the Mobster costume preset on a Huge character gets you 90% of the way there.

 

All you have to do is change the tie and you have a Family boss suit. I assume the reason there are no Family costumes in the aether shop is because they don't have any costume pieces that aren't in the creator.
