Mostly Powerset focused as thats something that I geat great enjoyment out of.. 1)WIND CONTROL !!!!! I cant stress enough how much Ive wanted this powerset. In fact I've taken a self imposed oath that I will not make another character until I see Wind Control implemented. This would be a boon to both Controllers and Dominators. The framework is there. The Powerset is already worked out. Its time to make it happen !!!! I dont care if other servers have it. Homecoming should have it. 2) Id like to see a Judgement power that looks like a big energy blast as this would fit so many concepts. It could be a big Hadoken a big Kamehameha.. Big Bang Attack Anything like that would be cool. 3) Water Assault for Dominators. Should be easy to implement. 4) Storm Assault for Dominators.. Also should be easy to implement. 5) Id like to see a Teleportation powerset.. We have TP powers like Savage Leap. Shield Charge, Spring Attack. I think a Powerset designed around that would be fun.. Yes I have visions of Nightcrawler... 6) Fill in some missing Masteries in the Epic powers.. Ie Energy Blast Sentinels shouldnt they have an energy Mastery? 7) More Eyebeam Options !!!!! 1 2

Shorten the Synapse (or break into two like Positron) and Citadel Task Forces. Give Force Field and Sonic, sleep protection in their AoE protection toggle. 1 1

Given Dark powers have Soul Noir as an alternative FX based on Soul Mastery, and given that Energy Blast and Energy Melee have different FX despite sharing the concept powerset. Having options like those allows for easier interpretation on whether one toon uses it as “light” for glowing / hardlight particles with Energy Melee FX, or “molecular particles” with Energy Blast FX for the more general version of energy for both Blast, Melee, Manipulation and Assault. In case anyone asked, I rather not have Peacebringer light as an option it’s a distinct Kheldian light FX, same for Warshade’s FX regarding Darkness powersets. Storm and Marine Manipulations for Blaster given the Melee Powers of those and Dominator’s Assaults are useful to expand onto full melee sets of those concepts. Perhaps expand upon the Legacy Chain with critters of levels higher than 30, given they are supposed to be guardians of mystic arts that avoid letting those fall in evil hands, and / or have branches with level higher than 30 that have members that decided enough is enough and take more drastic measures, with skillsets and in-lore + in-game power level higher than the Legacy Chain we saw to back themselves up. Have one existing endgame enemy group to be more resilient against either Negative, Fire or Energy since those three are the least resisted type of damage among the enemy critters. 2

(It seems I'm involved with so much at this point that I may not be able to easily retrieve access to all the notifications) Some players know that I have them on ignore and are likely to make posts knowing that is the case. But the fact that I have them on ignore won't stop some of them from bullying and harassing people, because some of them love to do it. There is a group that have banded together to target forum posters they don't like. They think that this behavior is acceptable. Ignore (in the forums) and /ignore (in-game) are tools to improve your gaming experience. Don't feel bad about using them.

I appreciate you calm logic and that's a fair assumption but imo, not a valid reason. It just doesn't make any sense to me that HC allows other unrelated servers to dictate what HC can develop. HCs approach to other servers should be that of Don Draper in the elevator, "I don't think about you at all". I don't expect anything to change but the whole concept really chaps my hide. 3 SPOON!

And the farther away the pet is, the more likely the heal is to work and affect them until they are out of range. It's rather frustrating to see Genin A at the limit of the heal's radius get healed, though I am still glad he was healed, but the oni right next to me doesn't get healed even though he needed it more.) To springboard off this, if I recall correctly, the devs said they won't take what was done on the other servers, but that they will try to make their own for those ideas they like. MM customizable pets for instance. Again, if I remember correctly, the HC devs said they wanted to find their own way to do it rather than just take what another server did. 2

To this chain of discussion: maybe the idea is that original content not offered elsewhere is worth more than parallel content, even if that means skipping low-hanging fruit?

There are probably a half-a-dozen things relating to MMs and 'nearby' henchmen that don't work 100% as expected... and it is practically impossible for a player to figure out what is going on. Client-side v. server-side is probably playing a role. For example: If I drag henchmen on bodyguard mode "far enough" towards something like a Giant Monster, it is somewhat common that the GM gets of an attack that hits nearly all of the henchmen despite what their defense values ought to be based on Supremacy, MM toggles, auras, etc. I'm convinced that it is related to the henchmen code (and the 'aura' effects like Supremacy), because it is very rare that the MM takes any damage (so it isn't bodyguard transfer) this simply doesn't happen to Lore pets dragged along as well.

HC is very careful how it does things. All work included in the game has to be either inherited from before HC or done by the HC team. They also have an NCSOFT licence for City of Heroes because they were very good and careful about how they ran the game. If the melee archetypes get various weapon skins as options, why not ranged blasters? - A probability manipulation/Luck domination support set. Think Scarlet Witch, Longshot, Black Cat, Jinx, etc. All those characters have powers that alter probabilities and luck. - A reality control/reality warping control set. Would be nice to transmute/polymorph enemies into objects as the Hold power. Think the "Alakazam React" emote, plus so much variety of options that could be in this set... I have dreams of how good and fun it could be - More costume options - especially a lot of the female options also proliferated to the Male and Huge body types. More robes, long gowns/dresses, and cloaks that fully extend across the chest instead of leaving that weird gap the current cloaks have. More hairstyles would also definitely be welcome, especially for the males. - At least 2 more Mastermind primary sets. I'd like to see maybe Fable Monsters or Mythological Monsters, and Pirates. Clowns could work, but I'd feel bad for those with coulrophobia... - More character VFX options - ability to have more than just one VFX applied to a character would be nice... what if I want the Alpha glow for the body, but Fiery Aura for the Eyes during battle? - Idk if this is even possible, but a second auto-trigger toggle for abilities, so you can have Hasten and Domination set to both auto-trigger whenever they go off cooldown. - And lastly, this is just a nice-to-have low priority, but would it be the end of the world if Ouroboros also got the options to teleport to Skyway City, Steel Canyon, Brickstown, Boomtown, and Khalisti Wharf? Blasters do get weapon model options - for AR, BR, archery, and DP. That being said, (and I realize this would be a big kludge), but I wonder if they could sort of create a clever "wand-like" implement that is held in the same stance as the rifles or pistols, yet have a distinctly wand or organic appearance. It wouldn't be perfect by any stretch, but especially for beam rifle, might just work...
