Confused!

Someone made a post that confused me. I wasn't going to ask for elaboration, but leave the confused emoji - but the only option was a thumbs up. 

People give me pizza, pineapples and thumbs down from time to time, and the confuse emoji too - why can't I do this for certain other posts?
