This is how I have had CP slotted on my Elec/Nin ("Sith" concept) for a while: Nucleous +3'd and 2 purple damage procs and GW psi and Gladiator's Toxic, plus the Decimation BU proc.  I like the damage but I hate the leisurely projectile travel time on casting - probably not an issue when you're right next to the Pylon lol.

Felt like I would share my old Peacebringer video Ive been sitting on for a few months. This one specifically is about 69 seconds, my personal best is 62 but I didn't get that one recorded.

Phoning it in today because Easter, I'll let someone else experiment with if soul draining C5 is even worth it for this test.

 

Still, 2 mins first try, not the worst. Amps are on.

Seems like a single immovable enemy is a good fit with Storm Blast as on beta.  From what I see in threads, people are more concerned about perfomance in fast-moving groups?

Overblown, really. This corruptor goes pretty fast in normal missions, but becomes pretty ridiculous if allowed to stay in an area.

New ignite change has my AR character going from a near 3m average pylon to around a 2m average, playing around with various rotations. I'm pretty convinced beanbag is still garbage compared to your other options.

 

Pretty big, but I'd like to get some times below 2m with tac arrow. Interested to see what you guys come up with, I have to head out. 

 

Edit: Got a much faster storm time now that I think I got a bit of a good rhythm for my rotation, swapping hailstones for tornado/ls when they're up.

 

I'd like to see what a cold character could do with storm blast.

Illusion / Psionic Assault Dominator

 

0:46

This is my new fastest without any insps/temps that boost offense. This obviously isn't really sustainable since it has all pets focused on one target, but I never would've thought a dominator would be pulling some of the highest DPS in the game. Some keys to this working:
- 500% regen debuff from Drain Psyche (using burnout this becomes -1000%)

- FoTG -20% resist proc in Cross Punch

- Achilles -20% resist proc in Weaken Resolve (on top of -7.5% resist)
- Sleet -30% resist

- High DPA between Psionic Lance & Mind Probe (with BU proc in Lance)

It's really good. Quite a few dom combos can do crazy good dps (not 46 seconds good though!), but surviving without controls in effect is another matter. I like to stretch the legs of my sub 60 second builds and drop the mothership shields. 

 

If you log out and back in on a different character you can spawn the GM. Not sure any build can take him down without insp/temsp/amps, but it sure is fun to try.

Psi assault is criminally underrated, same with mental for blasters.

 

Got a pair of psi doms that are basically tanks with a full attack chain and permadom by level 14.

 

Unlike most other pet sets, illusion times are accurate, too.

Illusion/Cold 

No temps/insp/amps

This is the build I run for 95% of content and has solo'd most TF's/AV's/GM's with no temps/insp/amps

I don't use ageless for this build but it would make it a bit faster because more seismic smash!

 

No Pets:

106 seconds = 489 dps

 

Hybrid Off:

51 seconds = 880 dps

 

Hybrid Assault Radial On:

42 seconds = 1040 dps

I should probably revisit the plant/psi eventually, I didn't take the snipe. Now I can easily take it and fit it with some slots for some more burst ST damage.

 

It was getting sub-2min pylons and 4:30 trapdoor times without incarnates besides the alpha, so it's a bit of a beastly build.

Tankers are zero risk.

 

Tanker     ELA/TW     3:21 (Average, hybrid off, no lore)

 

Just resistance capped to all the things, massive pool of hp, and stupidly high defense to all. And that's without Incarnating.

Cimeroran Day Job Badge power is +res(All) by a small amount. 5% sounds high, but could be right.

 

Get that one and Chronologist from parking in Oro and that unlocks Time Lord (Day Job Accolade), which is where the recharge bonus and resist referenced above would come from.

3.5% for some ATs and 5% for other. Thats what it shows when i log in anyway. It only lasts a few missions though.

That makes sense.

 

Yeah, unless you've parked for a very long time they tend to wear out quickly.

 

Blessing of Tikikikikiululululu or whatever her name is might be the longest lasting temp at 5 days of in-game time in duration, but that's not a day job. 🤣
