While Regen on Tanks would be cool, I'd like Regen to be overhauled first, then ported. Regen got downgraded and then hit by system wide changes making it worse. It's still viable in current form, but I do think other powersets do better.

On some of my Tanks, I do, but their purpose is survival and taunting. Pretty sure on my other ATs, never.

Quick question on Name Release on character Transfers for @Number Six If I transfer a character from one server to another, currently if the name is taken, yours get a number added on. What happens if the character in question has "timed out" their reserve? And do we cascade down the line checking each time? 2nd question is more from a QA point of view. If Wolverclone goes from Excelsior to Everlasting, and Wolverclone, Wolverclone1, Wolverclone2, Wolverclone4 have logged in recently, but Wolverclone3 hasn't, what name does the transferred Wolverclone get?

I think making an assumption that most 50s were PL'd isn't helping your argument. And I agree that 50s should be subject to a timer.

I forgot to mention, I'd love it to be tied to account activity, but the Devs have said why that's not a viable option at this time. And yes, I'm in the "If you care about the character name, you can do a little housekeeping" camp. The only issue I see is if someone is unexpectedly unable to login near the end of the year for housekeeping which hopefully is rare. And like said, the name gets taken if someone uses the name at character creation.

My opinion: 50s should be subject as well. A year is plenty of time and since I tend to login my chars for anniversary badges... Are there some names I hope to be able to grab? Yes Do I expect to get them? No.

I find running the other vday missions tends to supply enough, but sometimes, one does need to nuke a mob in perez. it's therapeutic.

I'm for getting rid of some of the confusion, but it's mainly to do with PvP & Very rare sets. Very Rare should have attunement made impossible since they only exist at 50 and the only thing attunement does for them is make them non boostable. Maybe instead, we make attuned IOs boostable? (Though VRs should still have attunement not able to be done)

Oh, there's the confusion. Experienced Marksman is a PvP set which just happens to be colored purple in the merit vendor and only sells at level 50. PvP recipes drop at lower levels. What I think is commonly called purple are the very rare sets: Absolute Amazement, Apocalypse, Armageddon, Coersive Persuassion, Fortunata Hypnosis, Gravitational Anchor, Hecatomb, Ragnorok, Soulbound Allegience, and Unbreakable Constraint. Those are only available at 50 and can only be slotted by a character at 50. Attuned or not, and really should have attunement disabled for them. And is a Panacea at level 50 attuned the same as a level 50 Panacea, yes. The Heal/Absorb version is 42.4% for both. Though a 50+5 is 53% PvPs are odd in that they can be gotten at lower levels, and if attuned will level up with you, but at level 50, they're worth swapping out and putting in a +5 version.

Nope. You can run them and you still make the choice which counts toward the badges, but it doesn't change your current Loyalist/Resistance alignment.

Just did that last night. An enh was kinda expensive and it was cheaper buying the level 30 recipe, crafting and attuning it. Sometimes buying the parts are the cheaper route, but I had all the parts except the recipe itself.

Level 0: Blaster_Support Martial_Manipulation Build_Up_Proc Crafted_Damage (50) Character is Far Side of Crazy, a fire/Martial blaster. Looks like a Damage Enh is slotted into that power if auto enhance is given. Crafted Damage for when Basic IO, or IO Set is chosen. A Origin Damage if SO chosen Haven't tried a macro that would slot a enh of my choosing yet since I have to check on how that's done if possible

Hmm, might have to sit down and work on the crafting badges. I didn't think of that. I'm still level 19 (been there for a bit while I worked on some other projects) I have definitely self funded the character since there are a ton of inventions that are cheap to make and profitable in the 15-19 range.

I used to go to kenpo karate tournaments in the 90s. I still have to turn off Eye of the Tiger and The Power if heard. I hit my lifetime listen for those. On the film, might be good. I was worried for something actually based on the game, not the story of the game.

I find I either want to just get a TF over with or go thru it. Usually, I let the team decide for me. I also find, if I just want to get it done, I have a couple trusted people that we can easily finish most TFs. However, it's often more fun if we have a group. Depends how much cat herding I'm up for.

Regen on Sentinals is a better set and iirc, the Psi sentinel has slightly better range. I might even try that combo for the next perma praetorian. For my own 1-50 all content char, I'm doing a Bio/Energy Tank. Paused for a bit, but now finishing off red level 19. (Doing both sides) Figure I'll be running this for some months.
