  1. Looking thru the lists of emotes, doesn't look like some combos are available that I think would be nice to add in the development's copious spare time. 😉 A lot of the sitting emotes could have stuff that add reading, eating, couple other items, maybe talking.
  2. Base TP is a good addition to LRTP since there's such a thing as cool down. And LRTP does need the zone to be visited for a badge first. Plus I can catch up on stuff while parked in a base without worrying about a timeout. (yes, you can be in an Ouro, AE, or TF for that as well) Vault reserve is per character, making it a bit hard to pass stuff from one char to another. Enhancement tables seem to be the most common storage for my base needs, plus Rare Salvage. I do have four racks for Common and Uncommon. The base is my one stop place for pretty much everything except surgeon and AH. And this isn't even going into the amazing bases that other people have designed and shown off around here. And you can do base raids again (details elsewhere) if you're into the PvP stuff.
  3. Those are probably DE Spies!
  4. What's fun with Posi 1 is you can get to the doors without triggering the ambush via teleport. To about two squares out is a safe zone. You can also avoid the cut scene by teleporting to the wall thru the door which is how I found out the dupes are already there, but Azuria is not.
  5. So a little more on the Candy Keeper. The Snow Beast costume is no longer available. Seemed to be when Atlas park got switched back, though of course, presents are still out and about. Just a little off sync though a few people were wanting to get the Snow Beast costume and thought it would be available until tomorrows maint window.
  6. Last week I did a few Posi 1 as PUGs, and a couple solo. Only notable was we were starting to fight the dupes and one player complained they were having to solo a ruin mage. They had never come into City Hall and had picked another fight outside. Some months back I was on a Posi 1 and we had four controllers. Lots of holds and debuffs that just wiped our team in seconds. Finally got around it since one of our controllers had confuse and just got the dupes to fight each other instead.
  7. Winter Origin Oh hey! Never tried that, thanks! Of course, looks like once you do that, you'll have it in either those orders, but since it's either that or leaving it in the order they came in, I'll pick alpha order.
  8. Posi 1 is a pretty good learning experience. Wether it's how to deal with different tasks, or how to herd cats. I'd say most of the ones I've been on as PUGs have been good. The ones that haven't tend to stand out more.
  9. Odd about the Florence generic, I do know anything even partially connected to the pandemic got generic'd at the time. They may have just extended it to any health care related stuff because there are a lot of people that were being stupid.
  10. I've seen that before. Most of the logout timers have certain places it takes longer and a couple where you think you're logging out in a spot for credit, but winds up not being so. For instance, logging out in the right side (facing in) of the pocket D vault pops you thru the wall and you're getting clubber credit instead of banker credit.
  11. The more you look at the RNG, the more it punishes you. The more sample sizes taken show the RNG is actually random, but it seems to settle on streaks. I do run with logs being saved, so I could probably run some sort of analysis, but not sure if I want to delve into that. Might be more sanity blasting than I want to get into this early in the year
  12. Is the name "White Chocolate Shrimp" taken yet? I don't tend to report any names unless the character is definitely crossing some of my own personal lines. I did get my "Helter Skeletor" genericed, though that seemed to be caught by a program sweep since I hadn't played the char for a bit, then got the notice that had happened. So by that, I got a little confused on what was permitted and figured it would sort itself out if someone was being a bit too loud about it. Hard to tell between fair use, homage, and outright violations, and the GMs do have to have wiggle room, hence the not quite clear guidelines.
  13. Question is, does the extra damage count toward the damage took badge, or is it capped at your health?
  14. 100 merits made into converters winds up as a value about 19.5m (based on 65k per) though from my own mass openings, you get 1.2 WO, so it's more like 120 merits worth and 23.4m worth of WO. And quite a lot of extra stuff (including merits) So maybe, over a large sample size. I think one of the reasons more packs aren't used is because it's a pain to get them unpacked and sorted. Then again, I suspect they were designed as rare items instead of the mass amounts that get bought at a time.
  15. I have a elec/martial blaster that was great to level up. Didn't do anything but generic IOs and they were still able to solo most content (at least at standard levels), I was actually surprised on how easily they beat up honoree and the vanguard while going for the alpha slot. And that was before the improvement of the shocked mechanic.
  16. I just recently outfitted an ice/ice tank (still got a few more items to slot), but I have been liking it. Not as strong yet as my inv/axe tank, and there's something about doing fold space, and then being able to tighten up the group with whirling ax that gives it an edge.
  17. I started a Bio/EM tank to do an all content crawl. I keep screwing up in the past, so making sure I don't bounce past the various level stops. Currently at level 7 blueside, maybe 1/2 way done. Seeing if I can get to level 10 before the end of the winter event to pickup the Winter Lord Trial before then, but we'll see if RL lets me do that. (And I'm playing a couple other alts in the meantime)
  18. Probably true. I don't really have a niche, I just sell stuff when I don't feel like storing it or while doing converter roulette, I will sometimes pop a enh that while it's not useful currently, I can usually then sell it and just buy the one that was my goal. It's not the way to build up a huge stockpile of influence, but it tends to make a little profit and outfits an alt. Slightly annoying right now in that more planning seems to be needed. 😉 This will probably all settle at some point, but I'm also not stressing about it either. Plenty of in game projects to work on
  19. Yea, Preventative Med Absorb Proc used to go for a lot more too, but I think someone has flooded the market so they've been going for 1.6m?
  20. To support what Snarky points out. A small funds player probably buys a few packs and uses them. Maybe they sell some for a profit, but it's a minor blip. At 10m a pop, you could conceivably double your inf. The more funds you have liquid going into the sale, the more profit you're making and concentrating the wealth. I assume that when you put a bid in for 25m on them during the year, the first ones sold are those put in by players since the game is putting them up for 25m. At this point it's a interesting thought experiment.
  21. I've been using TP a lot more since the hang time got improved. And working Fold Space in has been an advantage, plus TP Target is just very useful in teams. For the most part, I rarely take Combat TP. For those chars that need to stealth thru, TP works really well, especially past spots that break stealth like red crystals
  22. Could be very similar to the Mayhem/Safeguard missions from Lord Schweinzer and Agent Hassell. You get set to their mission level on entry no matter the level of the owner.
  23. And for future reference, Manny's in Pocket D is at [-3550.0 -585.0 -2945.0] Does seem that Manny has fallen onto hard times in each of the dimensions.
  24. Not sure on that, doesn't seem to be on the main map. However, it is in Neutropolis at [6265, -42, -1058]
  25. Doh! I used KH for Kallisti Harbor....
