I was on a Citadel last month and the second mission was at a different spot. So much confusion.

He's taking about Wentworth's, the Black Market, and whatever it's called in Praetoria (Auction House?) Currency being Influence, Infamy, and Information which is all the same thing now. They were separate for a bit and then put into the same bucket when it was pointed out to be silly to have separate ones. (Could find exact timing on those if we wanted to delve into past patch notes)

It's feasible to bump whatever prices for a bit, but for salvage, it won't stick since there is a cap where they're seeded at. And looks like Rare salvage is going for 500-600k currently. Anecdotally, I've seen most prices rise a bit since 2019, but seem to have plateaued in the last year with occasional spikes. Now, with returning a bid or sell after set amount of time, probably be good for those people that accidentally add an extra zero, but not great for those people that have been storing excess influence in the auction house.

Yep, that was added in 2021.

Every year it's like this, and every year: People are using the ToT in PI to PL their lowbies to 50 just as much. Heck, I'd say maybe 1/3 of a league is actually 50 at any one time. And yes, other zones are much less of an issue with lag

Oh, the ability of doing the respec, not an issue. Screwing up a respec and needing to back up a ways is annoying, or the dang it, misplaced a slot, need to start over are my issues.

I hate having to respec, I still haven't made modifications on some of my alts from the travel changes. A better respec process would help alleviate a lot of this stress I think. Heck, if there was a way to upload a file with your build, and a way to do so with your power trays, that would help a lot. Though I think there might be a way to do trays, not completely sure though. Looking into it. I know I can place a macro in a tray of my choice.

I just assume this group of changes were in the Page 4 pile and weren't ready for last release. As someone who used to program a game, feedback from players is good, but has to be taken with a grain of salt. You should always get feedback from different points of view. It's sorta like trying to edit your own writing, you'll miss stuff. So far, my only complaint is that I need to respec a bunch of characters to take advantage of any of the changes. Though I am thinking of working on something to help with that, at least the tray stuff.

As someone who hardly ever takes SS, I'm liking the change. I don't have the fine control to use SS very well. That said having SS' stealth stack with other stealths doesn't seem to be bad thing to have. It does break the consistency of the non-stacking to have an exception, but it has the advantage of it not forcing even more respecs. So unless there's a technical reason, I'd let SS continue to stack with the other stealths.

I think PI is the fave since you have the motel with a bunch of doors next to the hospital. There may be a similar spot in Kalisti, but RWZ would need you to get out of the base if defeated.

Just tried one of my new characters out and happened to login just at the start of the banner stuff. Only got one of the banner badges, did get the complete table. Several people complained of lack of badges, but there were more than one league going too. (Everlasting) I think it's still working like last year, but it's still annoying since the banners are the ones that take more work and time. Oddly, I didn't even go for the GM Spawns, but got those badges with the Court. And someone who was fighting them from a different team on the league did not. (which might mean something is funky)

It does seem off that you wouldn't get any of them. I do know the reward table isn't tied to the same calculation having gotten the table, but not the badge. (last year) Did anyone new get the badges? I'll be running some of my newer characters later today, but just been catching up my "all but the five new ones" chars first, but maybe I'll run one of those now to see.

Ok. Playing around a bit and I'm 99% sure each file is for each character. Pretty sure that each is a mask of what has been uncovered, but file structure is a bit of a mystery. Based on my limited sample set, I'm thinking it's by zone visited, and each covered or not. Deleting the file will just reset all fogs of war, but it will take a bit of work to figure out how to do it selectively. That can be done by logging the character you wish to reset in, logging out and the latest file will be for that character.

I do know that your team (not just league) has to do enough damage to each banner for you to be able to get those badges. Last year, had to run several times to get them if the league went after them separately.

The folder is Homecoming/accounts/<Account Name>/maps and then you have a series of files with a vm2 extension. I think each file is for a character, but that's just a theory.

I click auto-accept, but except for one char (concept reason), I don't deny any. I tend to get Inspiration, then Mutation, then Mystic. I have a long term goal of getting the kill shot on the Rikti Drop Ship with a monkey slap.

That would be my guess. I think the boom price was from them being new and people going for the associated badges more than the costumes themselves. I suppose there maybe some people going for all the costumes.
