I settled on Seismic/Nature, but MC is a great blaster secondary. And same thing about Ki Push that Frozen Burn says. On the seismic side, I did put a KB->KD in Upthrust, but Meteor is slotted for extra. On teams, I use it as a finisher if the mobs are high level and I don't want to scatter, but can work as an opener since I drop the meteor, snipe the boss, and they hit simultaneously. And minions tend to melt.

Aggressively reduce price of basic enhancements

I was thinking about this a little. Ok, for TO, DO, SO. Right now, an enhancement costs 3.8 times what they sell for. So, if we dropped the cost to be just a little more than what they vendor for, it would have zero effect on veterans, but would help newbies. Honestly, I'd be curious if 1.1 times would work. (Just to keep a little going to the RNG slush fund) -
WP is very good and when surrounded by enemies, you get up to regen rates higher than Regen. (Similar with Bio) Regen still plays different and can be a fun diversion.

I'm sure it's something the devs would love to address and it probably is a database issue with how items are stored. For cleaner storage, I'd love to see: All type storage accessible at once. Each bucket can be labeled and have different permissions. When you click on a type, it shows what you have permissions for. Sorting by type, label, and sub-types. Click on a storage item: Inspiration Storage Label Name Type Strength Permission Enhancement Storage Label Name Type Level Rarity Permission Salvage Storage Label Name Arcane or Tech? Rarity Permission Recipe Storage Label Name Type Level Rarity Permission Permissions would be set on the storage bit, and probably have a visible flag if people without permission to take from there would have the ability to see. And allow more than one person to access. This is all just thinking, I believe it would take a redesign of a few areas of the game, hence why we're stuck at 18 storage items, but sometimes it's nice to theory craft

I've been a Linux user since the 90s, and Unix for a decade before. I wound dual booting for CoH back in the day. When HC launched I had a Windows 7 laptop that ran the 64 bit fine. (The laptop sucked, but I didn't feel like fussing with wine right then) Now I run purely Linux. Glad to see the clarification that it was XP, not 95, though marginally better... I remember in 2000 when McAfee didn't test their release against '98 because NT was close enough, and then crashed every single 98 system on bootup when that was released. Memory protection sucked.

My guess, Scrapyard, and he was talking about the first patch, so pre-fix. The drop rate does seem low, but I don't have near the number to be statistically certain. (And I need to figure out how to toss my stats delve into my log to throw out beta results)

Alpha gives it's plus 1 down to 45 (as do the passive bonuses from the other Slots) +2 level shift is only available on Incarnate Trials (see LFG list), and these: Any of the Dark Astoria arcs including the repeatables. Making sure the mobs don't have enhanced perception maybe? I know the Hard Mode LG gives enemies a plus to per.

I find TT to be a little inconsistent with train missions even when solo, though I did use it to do some of the Primal missions with a Praetorian. That being the case, I like doing the last Posi 1 mission from Ouro because it's a quick hop from the hospital

Looks like on Beta it's no longer generating more and more mobs. Still looks like a tough group, and another group spawns when you attack, but it doesn't add more after that. Or Maybe not. Hmm. First two portals were just a little tougher. Third spawned more, but did stop adding just more and more. Fourth was fairly normal. I think it's still broken, but not as badly broken as we first saw it.

You can hunt all the various GMs, just not stand in one area and continue collecting the same reward. Devs are always going to be doing wack-a-mole with player behaviours that they feel harm the rest of the player base, no matter which game.

I did this combo fairly recently and I'm 90% there is a better build out there, but this works for a lot situations, and bounces back well. buildsavefile from the game, though opens in Mids well enough. rubberbandgirl.txt

No, they removed the level scaling some time ago. Same patch that gave us infiltration. Oh, and other than cosmetically, Ninja Run, Athletic Run, and Beast Run are identical.

I'd have to double check if speed boost will do it, but Siphon Speed will only get you up to the 92.5 mph cap. Superspeed gets up to a 120.24 cap. So no, you're not getting to super speed max. My casually slotted Electric brute can run around without a travel power at around 72 mph. Screwing around on beta, I could see getting to that 92.5 cap with infiltration if you sink some slots into that.

Beta is where I'll screw around with builds more. I use Mids to look at other builds and use the export to load a beta char

That wall at King Garment Works is not a high leap. You can do a standing jump with the three START runs to the top of that wall. I have a few chars that don't have a travel power and just get around with that and sprint, plus a flight power for when needed. None of those are faster than the actual travel powers. You can get fairly fast and some AT power sets do give some movement bonuses, plus set.

There are a couple disconnects like that, though sometimes it's that you sneak into an office that has access to the part of the sewer (or visa versa)

For Regen as a secondary, I'd go Brute because of the higher hit points gives you more regen. I have a Martial Arts Brute with regen that is fun to play, though it's definitely not my best survivable brute. (Same goes for my Psi/Regen Scrapper)

Better than turning off XP or slowing it down would be an option to say "I do not want to go past level X" Or the ability to do any contacts missions that you have outleveled and being set to their max level like how Mayhem & Safeguards work via the two repeating contacts. -
