As someone with a QA background, there really needs to be both. There's the blank canvas adhoc testing and then actual goal based QA plan that would include regression testing. Focused feedback can come from both.

It doesn't. It just pulls the status for the current page. You can see this by the playerslot.txt. If you remove that file, it doesn't repopulate the entire thing until you visit each page.

So, if someone neglects a character for a year that is in the 6-49 level range, I'm not worried about their name becoming available for a new character. Heck, based on the scenario that nzer describes, since this theoretical person won't see any of the warnings, they probably will never no that the character now has a different name. Yes, this policy will discriminate against people who are not playing those characters. Instead of the names being stuck in some dusty warehouse, they'll hopefully be used by someone.

Patrol XP is limited to ten bars. If you have it capped, nothing gets gained. In some ways, this is will increase XP more so than a straight reward, though if you want to be the most efficient, you'll want to limit the number of badges at a time. So, not sure how I feel about that. It's not bad and if it had always been this way, I wouldn't think about it.

My RL name and my wife's name are both common (she didn't change hers) and we have run into couples named the same. Though I think in game, I've only seen my surname used for a few things, but within context, not so bad.

Yep. It takes a bit of practice, but if you're solo, you learn to target those that cause issues and remember your first couple powers in your primary and the first secondary can be used even while held. Early levels are a little tougher, though usually less holds being tossed about. Carry a few breakfrees and plan your battles. Peregrine has good advice as well. Sentinels are pretty sturdy. They don't have as much burst damage, but they can wear down most targets nearly as quick.

Small bug, but under the P2W vendor on Beta, the Monstrous Aether are still referred to as Unstable Aether. I'll have to check other areas.

Sounds like it would be nice; In the meantime you can setup a macro /macro C "settitle 1030$$cc 1" Would change to your second costume, plus set title to Commuter. (Far Jumper for red side) This could be a bind, or a popmenu could even be done. There's a doc somewhere with all the Badges and #, but I used the BadgeSetTitle popmenu by ATC to look up this one.

And, does your base have power? That is I think the one item that needs to have either or both power and control to actually work. Ran into this the other day.
