  1. I would try to help but the whole build is just wrong and i am not trying to be mean. No defence barely in granite. A knockback/knockdown in irradiate ground??? To many sets boosting stats you don't need in Granite. My suggestion is look through previous posts for some builds or google them. Best i can offer sorry.
  2. It would be Endurance for me also. Low levels suck when trying to run a few armour toggles, especially if you are fighting freaks or carnies. Slot endurance reduction on toggles and attacks only helps slightly. Some sets get extra endurance help and they have it a fair bit easier. I would increase stamina to 50% at least and reduce the armour toggles costs some. It will still be costly if you are spamming attacks, as they are not reduced or fighting freaks but not ridiculous as it is now. Buffers that buff endurance will still be good to have around at lower levels, the problem is those buffs aren't needed much at all with IOs and incarnate at higher levels.
  3. I like it but i couldn't live without Atom Smasher 😛. I would change a few things and this is how i would build it or something like it. Superior blistering cold in Radiation siphon could be swapped with a full set of Hecatomb for more Psi resists, recharge and accuracy at the cost of some defence. Just replace the Heca proc in DB for another proc as Below.
  4. Rad/Rad should be really good at AoE.
  5. I don't have one sorry but the Shield one i posted could be swapped to SS. Invuln could be worked from that also.
  6. Rebirth Radial
  7. If you like Staff then invuln would compliment it very well. Invulnerability will provide the extra to-hit in Invincibilty as staff lacks a build up and Staff will provide extra mitigation with Body staff mastery using Sky splitter. Would be a very tough Tanker. I wouldn't pick elec with staff unless you are set on elec armour as staffs buffs will not offer as much to EA. Staff can help with Dark armours high endurance costs. Fire will work well with staffs extra mitigation and the damage resistance debuff in EotS will work well with burn. Staff will work well with Ice also.
  8. Some more variations on the build for consideration. More psi resists on one and more defence on the other. Both with Tactics added to help cover Fear/confuse holes. Also a new Tanker i have been working on. Shield/Stone melee.
  9. Puny man stay close to Hulk, whilst Hulk SMASH!!!!! Lol. I am sure those "Scrankers" are having lots of fun 😉
  10. Quite a run of bad luck there @Sir Myshkin. I have done a +4×8 ITF on my Rad/ss/soul also and I didn't find it hard really. My defences would be debuffed but mobs would die quite fast and it was just a few bosses to finish off and didn't really cause me any problems with capped resists. Rad therapy would be up regularly to top my health up and rebirth ready if in real need. 3 mins is a decent pylon time but I think under 3 would be achievable. It will never beat Bio on a pylon but a pylon doesnt really push Bios survival and you can go full cannon mode. Hard content and that Bio will fail badly though I think. I find Rad is a good balance of survival whilst offering some extra (AoE) damage. I have recently done one run of 801.4 on my Rad Tanker that went very well in that I finished it anyway. I found a big weakness in fear and confuse effects though that left me standing helpless a lot although I never died once . I can plug this by dropping cross punch that I barely use anyway and it will free up some slots to boost psi resists etc. I found if i balled the mobs up on a corner and dived in most would be dead before they cause me major concern. Still those fears were very annoying. At one point I was made unable to attack and only affect my self which lasted ages with one boss left alive. When it wore of the boss then became undamageable also, I waited for that to end for the boss to send me back into affecting self only again lol. The boss was 1 hit away from death at the start of all this also. It eventually wore off and I nailed him. 😛 I did see my Psi resists drop to negative numbers for some reason, whether it's the bug you mention or mitigation debuffs. I haven't done anymore as I shouldn't have done that one really as I need to rest my arms but I was bored.
  11. Shenanigans (ranged or melee). Psi damage. All the attacks cause the target to laugh uncontrollably building up to 12 ticks of damage when applied to a target that target will be incapacitated (held mag 3) with side splitting laughs. Tier1: Tee-Hee: a fast single target attack that lowers the defence of the bemused target. 2ticks of damage Tier2: Ha-ha: a single target attack that slows the target with laughter. 3ticks of damage. Tier3: Chortle: an attack that has a chance to stun the bewildered targets. This attack can chain to 5 other targets with it's infectious laughter. 3 ticks of damage. Tier4: Trick: a single target attack that has a chance to confuse the target in astonishment. 4ticks of damage. Tier5: Joker: allows the player to change damage types. Slapstick deals smashing damage. Black comedy deals negative damage. Observational humour deals cold damage. Tier6: Practical Joke: buffs the players damage, to hit and recovery. Tier7: ROFL: a targetted AoE that knocks the targets down with belly laughs. 3 ticks of damage. Tier8: Crack up: a chain attack that reduces the targets mitigation and defence. Chains to 5 targets. 5 ticks of damage. Tier9: LoLz: a high single target attack. Stuns the target. 6 ticks of damage. Happy times 😂
  12. I always feel Bio is only good with a significant investment and is better on higher health cap ATs like the Tanker or Brute. For a Scrapper I would either go the defence route of invuln or Shield( which brings extra damage) or even EA. For resistance sets it would be Rad armour with it's extra AoE and decent mitigation\heals and endurance management that opens rebirth or barrier incarnate for more survival and meltdown for extra damage. Or Dark armour for it's mitigation and awesome heal. Electric would be good also, similar to Rad but not quite as good in my opinion. Even Fire could be made fairly sturdy with it's fast heal and extra damage and Burn.
  13. What about Shield/WM? Extra damage and Shield is a tough nut to crack most of the time.
  14. I never knew that either lol. I know it stacks on my Brute. Personally I don't think it should stack at all. 15% is more than enough.
  15. I did make a WP/Staff build on mids once that had 80%+resists to all with procs and body adaptability proc from sky splitter etc (but without the Hybrid) and softcapped defence with stupidly high regen with mobs around. It also had 42%+ DDR with ageless Radial. Lost the build since then. If you added the P2W buffs i am sure you would pretty much cap resists and have incarnate defence levels lol. The Melee hybrid would be even more silly. Damage would not be good at all though, but it would take quite a beating 😛
  16. No you aren't 🙂
  17. Shield has more like 90%+. Active defence stacks. You will not be debuffed on a Shield user, not that you will notice anyway.
  18. Rad Armour is also good. Rad Armour/Claws would also work well i reckon or just Rad/anything. If you go Fire Armour you will need some knockback protection early or it can get VERY annoying. Endurance can be problematic at lower levels and with poorer slotting, both Rad and Fire armour have endurance recovery powers.
  19. I don't see why you think Rad Armour is a clicky set. Particle shielding is nice to keep up but Rad Therapy is used as an AoE if slotted right that fills endurance and health, it's up to you if you want to use it often or not. Meltdown is used for the damage buff so that's up to you also. Long cool down not used often. Ground zero is an AoE nuke with a long cool down so it isn't used that often. Elec Armour has a clicky heal instead of absorb and a clicky end drain. Elec and Rad are quite similar. Rad just has a little more and no knockback worries
  20. Does it really matter guys? It's not a competition. I will happily pop an insp on those rare occasions or you can plug the hole on building. It all works.
  21. I get confused quite often....it's all mumbo jumbo 🤪
  22. How's your build working out also?
  23. I used assault double hit radial. Either degenerative or reactive, I took reactive. How's it working out so far?
  24. Only done a couple of tests with t3 musc, t3 reactive and no assault and the best I got was about 3 mins 11seconds. But the build is more AoE orientated. The Rage crashes are rather annoying but the procs still hit. I clear content very fast and AE moon map is almost as fast as my fire brutes with a very good build. I'd roll a scrapper or MM or VEAT if I wanted to take out pylons though. I know some Tankers have hit 2 mins on pylon but they built specifically for it. I just built for general content.
