PF pretty much nails this point. You get your XP award. You get your Reward Merit award. You get any badges for such defeats. The person who gets the coupe de grace message for actually finishing the GM is utterly meaningless.

This is normally how I have slotted. And YES, it's bang for the buck is maximal. About the only update I would add to this is the Power Transfer Chance for Self Heal.

Believe it or not, that actually IS (or could be) problem. 3 feet is way, WAY too close. Does the router work at that distance? Yeah...ish. Does the signal propagate OTIMALLY at that short a distance? No. Optimal spread of the signal is a 360 degree radius at the plane of the antenna. From there, it's optimal dispersion (not the right word, I know, my brain is farting for the proper term at the moment), is in roughly a 100-120 degree arc vertically from the antenna. Sometimes you can adjust the angle the router is mounted at, or you can play with the orientations of the antennas. I don't know EXACTLY how you're set up. But this could be a consideration for you too. For basic web-browsing, it's not a show stopper. For a continuous connection? It could be.

This is more or less Hyperstrike in his current, non-maxed form. It's a relatively speedy scranker. And still total overkill for 90+% of the game. You'll be Resist Maxed to S/L by default so you can run with Tough turned off. Basically shuffle between your ST Melee attacks, and Foot Stomp is up so often it's practically a damage aura. The build is basically self-sufficient, endurance-efficient and straightforward. No real gimmicks. If you worry about the "Psi Hole", strip out the Def/End LOTG IOs and transfer the slots to your earliest Resist powers and drop in the Aegis unique and a couple Impervium Armor psi resists. I'm a Defense weenie, so I see that this drops En/Neg Defense below soft-cap with one enemy in range. That's easily fixed. Walk into (or taunt in) a couple more enemies and Incarnate Soft Cap can be all yours!
