  1. I'm a 100 percent Gold Side advocate (icon is my level 50 Gold only Loyalist) and like your ideas and am interested in subscribing to your publication.
  2. For sheer weirdness I'm going to recommend "The Yule Lads" to you, @TerroirNoir2, if you fancy an "Engineria's Holiday Special", ROFL.
  3. Yeah, I have a great fondness for that map. It can be tricky to make work thematically but I think I managed it there. Hang on, I have my own screenshot from when I tested it ages ago somewhere. Recall appeared out of the flames and nearly scared the hell out of me when I was turning around!
  4. Just bumping this @TerroirNoir. Letting people know a little more on what's available beyond the few lines on the AE consoles.
  5. Well, it's not interacting, just sort of setting up a group photo sort of thing, BUT if you created a base room, i.e. a room in a base (in case I was confusing you!) and filled it with NPCS all at attention (or whatever but attention is better for groups) maybe with a sort of bleacher effect with them standing on them and THEN take a demorecord of that group. Then you open the demorecord file and look for the NPC named in the file when you open it. (Search for Demorecord on the forum to see what the hell I'm talking about!) Then Cut & Paste your costume into the spot currently held by that NPC. You can play the file back and see the NPC is now your custom character. Rinse and repeat and oh god it's long and tedious and I wish there was a faster way of doing it but as far as I know there isn't. And you'd have to take a screenshot of the demorecord as it plays. It's not actually a recording, it's just the code telling the game engine exactly what to show. As I say, it's long and tedious but it would work. But for your volume of characters? Sheesh. Up to you.
  6. Individually? Actually not that many. you can only have a few allies per mission depending on a particular map. I've maxed that out at 7 I think! Though you MIGHT manage 10. You'd run out of AE missions before you managed to have them all appear, I mean really fast. Even allowing for you having three Arc slots with 5 missions each.
  7. ROFL. No, you don't! I'm assuming that's from Gravity Propel. I hope! Otherwise Crey have some odd work practices.
  8. Skullia is one of my faves of your NPCs. She's got what it takes to make it big. I also had a sneaking regard for ol' Chigger too actually!
  9. Possibly it would. Or at least in game terms to a Cimerora without the 5th Column presence. And there is such a map. For me I figured the Praetorian magic users, being engaged in a war with Cole, never got around to finding Cimerora but had made the crystal. And then it got refitted to do other things 🙂 Praetorian Percy's derangement/betrayal/death/etc I think paved the way for Cole's forces to assault the Mansion, seize the crystal, among other things, before the others managed to shift the entire building into Night Ward. Or what became Night Ward. I have theories about that too.
  10. Primal version versus Praetorian version.
  11. That just came from me wandering and thinking about stuff that's in the game, or not, as the case may be. Like, there's a bunch of bereft demons in Night Ward, just hanging out near the water over beside the old asylum. Survivors from the War on Magic I feel. Since there's no CoT in Praetoria. At least not any more! Lots of odd stuff like that.
  12. Well, I was operating within text limits, plus I didn't think every sentence had to have that tic 🙂 As for the Sinclair/Chimera thing? I was giving G the mentality that he created Chimera, as opposed to Sinclair being Sinclair, so there's that. If I recall the vocal tic does reappear in one of the clues where he speaks to the player (pauses this to check) yep.
  13. I did think that your second spoilered theory might be a thing, but I couldn't figure out a way to use that angle of it. I might yet!
  14. As mentioned earlier, highly unlikely to happen. (But mentioned in a different thread WAAAY back, suppose your Villain does a Mayhem mission? Then the system registers your villain and powerset and the next time a Hero does a Safeguard mission, you get doppelgangered in as the Villain? Ok, it's not PVP, but it's a bit more immersive.)
  15. I'd also like team mates get the option to read ALL the text. Sure, they can skip by it if they want but the option should be there.
  16. Well, that's a testament to dedication, @TerroirNoir2! Look at Engineria boldly go where no one has gone before!
  17. Yes, @TerroirNoir2, this set of arcs is definitely designed to follow on from the earlier Imperial Power in game arcs. And starts addressing in a meta way the fact that players leave Praetoria around level 20! So members of Powers Division are disappearing!
  18. I'll get to those over the weekend hopefully.
  19. Character timelines are situational to what they have and have not done obviously. But the latest point in absolute terms (someone jump in and correct me on this if I've got it wrong) in the overall game timeline, is just at the end of Mr. G and Marchand's arcs. The sewer network? You may be thinking of the Underground. And no, you're not going to a parallel world via the Underground since the entrance to First Ward via the Underground is through Imperial City, so you're just going from one part of Praetoria to another part of Praetoria.
  20. You could easily handwave Echo Atlas as that.
  21. No, it isn't. And Faultline isn't Echo Faultline. But the tutorial map is still Galaxy City and New Faultline is still Faultline. I think we're talking about two different things here. I'm speaking of the place narratively and you're obviously not. If you played Gold side, then yes, and then it was taken away from you. But that wasn't the point I was making. Well spotted! Plenty of people don't know that and just leave at 20 for Primal. And then "come back". For me it's a more interesting route to not leave and go straight to First Ward. However, all of Praetoria is closed off in the "present". And the "present" is post the Praetorian War/New Praetorians/Mr. G. There's no proper advancement of plot at all in any of the zones. And my point on that was simply that when you have gone to the bother to make these lovely new zones, to then narratively destroy them or access to them is bizarre. Well, that's your opinion and you're entitled to it. Personally I think they are. Potayto/Potahto. You think it's lazy, again that's your take. Fine.
  22. I don't want more Croatoa, but definitely at least one more non city area/small town with surrounding countryside would be good.
