Thus my contention that there is a difference between COX scrapping and the more generic "dps"
Dominators and Blasters do there own kind of Melee thing.
Its more a case if someone doing bad math when they did the newer Blaster Secondaries.
They messed up some melee recharge/damage numbers.
And they messed up some of the AOE control numbers.
Not really.
Since a petless Mastermind is basically an extremely weak defender.
Using a jet pack instead of fly costs me less than 1.5 mph fly speed, which only matters between missions
And during missions themselves, it doesn't affect anything.
Rage could be "nerfed" for Scrappers only though.
Recharge times/ base damage could also be rebalanced.
For example. Rage could be a 62.5 +damage toggle for Scrappers. Jab could have a 4 second Recharge, Punch 8, Haymaker 12.

You'd need the higher base damage for the SS Stalkers anyhow, since they won't get Rage, because buildup.
Crushing uppercut has combo level based specials and extra damage though?
But you could add time to recharge to balance it if need be. Or lower the damage.
Depends on how many kins you team with I guess. Doesn't really matter though since at the cap stuff dies so fast who cares who is doing the most.
But it might be the Broot.
The rankings are a bit different at the damage cap.
Stalkers fall behind some there, since a good chunk of their damage is all the guasians fueled build ups.
So throw in some kins, etc.
As far as squshiness depends on the set and opposition. My EA stalker has no issues with 90%+ of ×8 level 54 baddie types.
Lot of these place are office buildings. Can you imagine working in them?
You'd need a two hour lunch break to make the 4 elevator rides and twisty maze walks to get to the parking lot grab lunch and make it back.
For Pve you'll need everything in EA except disrupt and overload.
No idea about pvp. I only do pvp in first person shooters and blood bowl.
For pve you don't partcularily need focused accuracy. Or leadership really.
For the curious Hide and Stealth stack. So you can have those plus the sprint IO.
