  1. Basically in my experience on a SR if a hit hits you but doesn't take you into the red, you can just laugh at it. Those red hits though. Well SRs move fast .. so .. get a moments breathing room. Of course you can ignore the red too, most the time. But its more of a white knuckle moment.

  3. Adding more scaling resists to SRs built in scaling resists seemed like a natural combo to me
  4. There is a +3% resist proc Io scaling resist And a +5% resist proc Io Both are in Defense sets so easy to slot on SR

  6. At lower levels the Brute vs Tankers arguments completely fall apart though. Tankers can't come anywhere near Brutes on damage there due to power selection availability and slotting. Brutes lack Tanker's Durability there due to power selection availability and slotting.
  7. Look, Increasing Tanker Aggro Cap is moar useful Increasing Tanker "Controllerness" is moar useful Bruising Luv Tankers Stepping on Brute's toes. Tankers should not do Damage. They should put Flowers in the barrels of the 5th Column's assault rifles. These are all unique observations that have not been made before.
  8. pfft the game is so easy at incarnate levels, stuff will be dead before that happens.
  9. I wonder if some people don't like it based on breaking hide, vs Electric not doing so. Combined with the range based thing. Which Lightning Rod doesn't seem to do.
  10. TBH the last thing I really need at level 50 is someone controlling all aggro. As long as they can grab a chunk of it, that's plenty.
  11. The Aggro cap is not AT based. Therefore it is not a tool available.
  12. There has been a lot of worry about this. Very little actual testing showing Tankers encroaching into Brute territory in these proposed changes.
  13. You can build WP into the nigh unkillable stage also. Not having any real weak spots makes ever survival based IO contribute to the whole, rather than having to patch holes. Also you never get to that situation where you are significantly Overcapped wasting some potential.
  14. Ive found that it helps to build up your S/L with tough and set bonuses on SR (and of course both uniques) It noticeably reduces the rate of Green to Red single hits.

  17. Its so dumb that I wait to make characters until certain dates so I can have a date with some kind of style to it. Which inevitably get ruined because it uses GMT or something.

  24. Im confused as to why people are hung up on old characters and accounts, but still being allowed to play. Vs. Not actually being allowed to play. Are some people playing on some other server where you can't level to 50 casually in less than a week?
