A WP brute will heal fast enough with Rise to the challenge and Fast Healing, really. The main thing I've found is you really benefit from a knockdown AOE to get RTTC firing. So spinning strikes here.

Hide is a huge bonus to solo-ing missions as a Stalker, since it lets you avoid most groups of baddies.

Interstingly the characterization of Batgirl in the HQ cartoon series is pretty much in line with a fair amount of the Barbara Gordon Batgirl stuff. The main exception being the long continuity pre-New 52 stuff where Killing Joke and Oracle was her arc. In that case she hadn't been Batgirl for years, with others taking up her cowl. This movie seems to be more along the lines of the CW Batwoman or Batman Beyond. In that Bruce Wayne/Batman is retired, and they need a new Bat to replace him. But in this case they are jumping back three Batman Movie continuties? (Or is it Four?) Why not just use the current Batman continuity? The new Movie might be dark themed and grim, but I think it was a pretty strong offering. And that way their money and efforts would go to promoting their current franchise. Not one from back in the 80's. --- As an aside, the Birds of Prey offering was pretty weak. With Huntress reduced to joke status. So they have already messed up on the larger Batgirl side of the Bat Family stuff once already. It seemed more a vehicle to get more Suicide Squad version of Harley screen time. Which they could have done without the rest of that mess.

I'd probably go Scrapper. If you used the Ninjitsu Armor set, you could be a Stalker-Lite, with some hide crit bonus, but mainly scrapper style play. Thing is, if you solo 1-49 then you will have lots of Reward Merits, assuming you are working on Contact Arcs. So getting the ATOs wouldn't be too hard.

I expect for S/L at least a Brute can match the Tanker. But with that 75% base numbers, plus the tanker ATO, the Brute will be a lot lower when it comes to other resists. You'd have to play games with Rune of Protection at that point. But that isn't the only criteria. Its more important how Invul compares to other Brute armors. 90% resist to S/L with soft capped S/L defense and perma Dull Pain is going to be really tough.

I completely agree with the OP on this one. Why should it matter in a world where you can actually see the character in question? There are better places for the ERP only crowd tbh. Never really saw why they hung around COH when they could go to Secondlife or wherever.

When they gave her a new Solo run in the early 2000's her book focused on being an Attourney for other Supers, and included a lot of 4th wall leaning/breaking. It seems this series will have a lot of elements of that.

There has always been a personality change when transformed but it wasn't USUALLY along the lines of the Incredible Hulk, Generally she becomes more extroverted, and less cautious. Depending on the writer she also becomes aggressive and prone to bouts of anger, rarely to the Hulkish extremes For example this panel where she goes bezerk and rips The Vision in half ..

I wonder if KM might work better on a stalker. Since you get that added Assasin Strike power with an insanely low animation time on KM.

Is this your subjective personal feeling of the set or is there data that supports this? I have heard others claim TW is still one of the top performers for both ST and AOE, just no longer the top. I suspect it may no longer be good enough subjectively to put up with the clunkiness, when its just easier to use War Mace for example. War Mace seemed to score much higher on Galaxy Brain's data sets than on your list though.
