Those are PvP zones. Obviously they have to be balanced for PvP whether PvP is alive or not.

Are you implying that PvP needs to be balanced around PvE because it is technically possible to PvE in a PvP zone? Hopefully I am just misinterpreting you. If you aren’t in the PvP zone to PvP and are complaining about the changes’ impact on PvE, I gotta come clean and say I don’t think that opinion should even be considered.

They buffed your pets to be controllable - you just have to control them now.

It’s a change exclusive to PvP… Why do I doubt you are even one of the five people that still PvP?

IIRC the reason this hasn’t happened is because once a teleport foe power is strong enough to work on 54 bosses, it is also coincidentally strong enough to work on many objects that are supposed to be immovable. So kind of a lame reason, but there was a reason.

Your powers are going to change pretty radically in PvP zones whether you’re Regen or not…

I have been trying to be accepting of the noobs, but last night I ran the slowest KM ITF in living memory because my Dom and my friend’s Controller were the only 50+1’s on the whole team. My friend has informed me that I am to say “50’s only” in LFG next time. I guess you could call that a consequence.

If it’s a toggle power’s animation it’s not appropriate to turn it into a costume aura IMO. Maybe could be a T3 Prismatic effect.

1) What does that have to do with tokens or respec availability? Think we are good on this bullet point. 2) Are you really fine-tuning your Radiation Therapy frankenslotting that hard? 3) If not then where’s the problem? 4) Were you having trouble affording a respec recipe on someone? Not only are these respecs plentiful as can be, but also I wouldn’t be surprised if someone here would help you buy one in the exceedingly rare event that you actually need the help.

Go ahead and provide screenshots of the Rad/Energy build as an example. Good chance you’re making similar mistakes across multiple builds.

Sonic Assault was not changed in this patch. This is an old issue. Agree it should at least be as high as the blaster amount.

So that there doesn’t feel like a sudden need to have several new Mastermind sets to capture every element, IMO the oft-suggested idea of an overall Summon Elementals set makes more sense to me.

My Psi/SS and my Pyro/Time are both done with IO’s and T4 incarnates! Loving them!

I never take those powers anymore. -100% regen isn’t even worth the DPS drop from not attacking for two seconds IMO. Good -regen powers do -500%. There’s a well known player on Excelsior that keeps bringing a Time/Beam to 4 star runs and insisting it functions as a Cold substitute when you add up all the numbers. But this doesn’t hold water when you look at activations etc. In the time it takes you to unload multiple slow activation bad damage tiny regen debuffs in hopes of creating one good regen debuff in aggregate, the Cold you’re subbing for has already dropped all their debuffs AND delivered several proc bomb attacks. My Pyro/Time/Fire grabbed 7 Pyro powers (no st immob no aoe hold) and 5 Time powers (no crawl/selection/stop/field). Loving it so far. I have finally opted for the first time to make a Time build without Power Boost because I have transcended defensive building 😄 and because the controller APP that has Power Boost does nothing of value for your offense.
