  2. Invincibility does give you 2% ToHit per mob in melee range up to 10, which gives you 20% max ToHit (30% if you slot it up). That does help with offense.
  3. I like to 6 slot all my attacks, and dull pain, and look for the set bonuses from those. That way I max out their ACC, RECH, END REDUX, and DMG while improving my defense. Toggles really only need 4 slots (Def, Def/End, Def/Rech, and Def/End/Rech) to hit the 60% max enhancement for Def/Resist. Sub in Res for Def for Resist Toggles. You can add more later if you have extra slots. If I don't have the Influence for Resist, or Defense IOs, I just go with 1 END Redux, and 3 RES/DEF SOs until I can afford them. You can get by with 2 lvl 50 common IOs in passives if you are really running low on slots after slotting all of the above. Any slots left can be used to squeeze in the 2 resist, and 2 def procs, and then try to squueze out more set bonuses by adding to toggles, and passives. In the end, I did end up with 6 slots in a couple toggles to get some more set bonuses, but not until my attacks were fully slotted. This is what I went with for Pep's final build(my favorite part is the 100% slow resists):
  4. I take Taunt on all my Tanks, usually by level 22. By then, my defenses, and a few attacks are slotted pretty well. A ranged AoE aggro grabber with -range to draw stragglers into melee with no extra slots needed is a must pick for me.

Yeah, I do wish Spring Attack either did more damage, or had a shorter recharge, but it's a fun power, adds to Pep's theme, and does come in handy to reposition myself if I'm blocked by teammates/mobs, or hit with a -jump. Also, I think I'll lose the 60% slow resists from Superior Winter Sets when I exemplar, so it's nice to TP out of slow patches. I use Hasten only situationally, for big fights, AVs, etc. I never find myself wanting for an attack to fire. I'm also not a fan of having double the Rage crashes.
  6. Ok, I think I fixed my previous post. Another reason I took Focused Accuracy this time is for the +Perception. I don't like being blinded.
  7. I've finally gotten around to working on a final (maybe) build for my main, Pep Rally, that I've been running with the level-up build since she hit lvl 50 last December. I never went for any of the expensive sets because all her money went to funding IOs for all my alts, but NO MORE! I already have most of the IOs, except for the special winter ones which I'll probably get through reward merits. I wanted to get some Slow, and ToHit debuff resists, so that's why I went for the Winter sets, and sacrificed Conserve Energy for Focused Accuracy even with Rage.   8. My best tank is of course my main, Pep Rally. INV/SS. The alternate dimension versions of her: SR/Staff, WP/SJ, and Rad/Rad are also fun, but just not as tough. I'm also happy I upgraded my BS/SR scrapper into a Shield/BS Tank. So much more fun. I'm really a fan of all the sets. Eventually, I'll get one of each to level 50. Currently working on Bio/Spines, Elec/Elec, and Dark/Psi in addition to the alternate dimension(aka server) ones above.
  9. How feasible would it be to link MM pets' costumes to a character's costume slots? i.e. Boss pet linked to costume slot 2, Lt. pet #1 linked to slot 3, Lt. Pet #2 linked to slot 4, etc... Sorry if this has been suggested before. -Pep
  10. Thanks App! I already found the Champions. I just followed the sound(or was it the smell) of Tankers herding on a Tuesday Night. It was like I was being called home.
  11. Yeah, I am excited to try them out, Myr. I rerolled Mother Motherland as Rad/Rad instead of Shield/Axe. Possibly, something...something...Chernobyl accident = powers. Also, now Irish Lass is a Shield/BS Tank. I was able to get a Bio/Staff Tank to 50 before the shutdown, but I may try Bio/Spines since I never tried spines before.
