I personally think the RES and DEF numbers are what should be focused on when wanting to choose a defender for the higher % buffs.

I’m working on one right now. I’m going with EA and I might go with beam and just pick up the -regen power. EA seems to be the most clicky. Feel free to check out my recent post! I have a few idea for this play style! I’d definitely go with a set that offers you Resistance and pick up scorpions shield at lvl 35 and maybe pick up tough early to stack with those extra resistances.

It’s not busy enough for my ADHD play style. But I always appreciate a bubbler on my team.

HC isn’t the only Coh servers. It’s my preferd place to play. I would imagine if any talks would go down it would effect both and all Coh servers (rebirth) and we’d have multiple sources talking about NCsocks talks. I’m unsure what the future holds for COH. But if you want HC to be official coh server you just have to keep in mind it’ll effect more then HC’s servers. I just hope it stays like how it is. Don’t want other places were people play coh shut down and left saying good bye all over again.

When you select no Power Pool powers when doing TFs. Fold space is still allowed to be used.

After sinking many hours from live to HC on empathy I like it on maybe 3/4 man teams. But on 8 man teams I prefer Time buffs. Empathy's kit is more suitable for pvp play then pve for fast pace play styles. That’s just me. Def is god and you can only put fort on 3/4 people and that takes a good minute to wait for it to recharge. Once I found ageless RA is just a thing of the past.

Fold space need accuracy as well. If you’re trying to teleport something much higher then you at a low lvl you won’t grab much around you. I like to slot it with two ACC iO’s. I feel I grab more.

The poison guide is great! That got me into poison and I never looked back. I do have to say it’s just a little out of date with power changes and new powers in the last few updates. Combat tp and fold space are absolutely a must with it imo. Being able to tp the face of who ever you want, you don’t really have to worry about the bad range on VG anymore. Okay so who cares what you use in the game. It’s there so use it! Let them flame. One thing that changed my life on my poison was the P2W mez protection. I was able to take ageless for my end issues. It honestly makes poison so much fun. Carry purples you have pre-bought in /ah so you can easily pick them up in between missions and TFs! Self heals: Put your two chance for heals defender procs in your 2 most used single target attacks. Also! Put the chance for absorbs in poison Trap. I can’t stress enough how useful it is. Put chance for heal in stamina and the 2 heal procs in health. All those things add up. I also carry the temp self heal power as well. Play how you want! I’ve put over 1000 hours on my poison. I’m just sharing what made it fun for me For DP on a defender. I think every power is useful but dual wield cause you’re force to take the first power. No need to waste a power for it. I have a really good proc layout for it if you choose to go that route and live off of purples. DP only really shines when you proc it out on a defender. Dmg is pretty bad other wise. PS: With VG on - Fold Space - Soul Drain (dark mastery) - Hail of bullets. You blaster now baby!

My Defender -Poison/Fire/Dark-. Dahkness ❤️ Legit beast. Teleporting god. Most groups can’t keep up with him. Godly Debuffs with some really impressive dmg if you combo your procs with your Debuffs correctly.

I only use phenomenal lucks. But I’ve been able to do this every time with out them on.

Yup! It only works on the third mission (Stop Romulus). It’s the strangest thing. So yeah there lvl also changes. But if you don’t kill them fast enough there lvl will creep back to 54. It’s very useful to keep them herded up when you don’t have taunt with just slows. I run a boat load of ITFs and I was waiting since fold space went live to post this. It’s a odd one for sure. Figured I’d share my findings.

I am only able to do this on the third mission and it works for every EB. I also noticed it brings the lvl down of the EB after they get teleported. Would love this to be a perma change for every EB at 54 🙂

I may be blind. I can’t find NPC dialogue anywhere. Would you be so kind to hold my hand and walk me to it?

I play mainly blue cause it’s a pain in the butt to invite people to a ITF if you’re not blue. If they fixed small things like that. I’d play red more.

I don’t get any dialog and the black bars only reach out to half the screen instead of full across. Sending this on my phone. If you need a screen shot I’ll have to post that later. Any suggestions on how I can fix this would be awesome!

I don't mind the alpha stun. Those def debuffs can get pretty mean in an ITF. Fold space has personally solved this problem for me. GL out there pal!

I didn't know about the Ouroboros portal. Thaaaats cool.

ITF is lvl locked at 35+. Only reason to go in there imo.

If you’re able to keep it up I’d definitely stick with it! I just run off a lot from the group. I’m really bad at keeping it refreshed on my team that’s probable why I think it’s not a good fit for me. I try not to take mule powers on my toons. It’s very common to do that in this game. They are pretty good mule powers! Weave would be nice to turn on when you get a DEFF Debuff on you in ITFs.
