Yes, along with the pet buff powers in the control sets (the primaries with the controller pets themselves, not the secondaries, which you've repeatedly discounted as irrelevant), which of those buffs accept +Def/+Res enhancements, and the controller pet commands equivalent to Stay/Follow and Aggressive/Defensive.

  4. Man... I hate to be the one to say this, but... it is alleged. HC hasn't actually shown an agreement, or a license, or anything. I've scoured the announcement post, the FAQs, the ToS, everything, there's nothing. And NC hasn't made any comment, in any capacity (official or otherwise), that I can find. We're taking them at their word, but that's what an allegation is, someone's word without evidence to support it. Granted, if it wasn't a fact, NC would've brought a mountain of shit down on the HC team by now, given all of the press, but it's still an allegation until either the license itself or a comment from NC is publicly available.
  5. Cryptic specifically made them unmatched so players couldn't create "nude" characters. Considering that HC is sticking to the T rating, it's unlikely that they'll change anything in this regard.
  6. Oh, also, on-topic, were I in a similar situation, I'd address it by saying, "Move, fuck-nugget." If that failed to resolve the issue, I'd shove my virtual boot up the offending party's literal ass. Assert yourself. The worst that can happen is he/she won't play with you any more. Win-win.

  12. Display error. Attuning doesn't remove the maximum level of an IO, it just allows the IO to level with the character. The game doesn't properly read that, though, when they're attuned, because the info display was never modified to account for attunement. The engine sees the attuned IO, reads its info and spits it back out on the screen for you, without looking at the cap. That's all it is. Just a bug in the info shown. One variable not added when catalysts were.

  14. Pine forest to the south of the Lumiverse. There are three bears living there. I started seeing them the year after I moved out here. This one's been coming to the cabin for the last couple of years, and is comfortable enough with me to relax and nosh on cat food while I stand 15' away, talking. I'll be petting him within the next few years. That would be an act of war, one to which I'd be forced to respond with an assault of such ferocity and immensity as to destroy the very planet on which we stand. Since we still have said planet, clearly there was no war, so he couldn't have thrown it here. Simple deduction, my dear Doctor @Ghost.
  15. I want to know what these greater psychic presents will look like. Will they be simply wrapped, or fancy, with bows and cute little cards? How big will they be? Will they be lovingly, or perhaps shyly, handed to the recipients, or will they arrive in a big truck driven by a brusque man who demands that they sign for the package so he can leave?
  16. No. Referring back to /Martial Assault, when I chain Thunder Kick -> Trick Shot, my character stops between the two, like she's trying to remember what to do next. When I chain Thunder Kick -> Spinning Kick, Spinning Kick's animation begins the instant Thunder Kick's ends. If Arcanatime were causing that pause between Thunder Kick and Trick Shot, it would also create the same pause between Thunder Kick and Spinning Kick. Furthermore, both Spinning Kick and Trick Shot are 1.17s animations. Both round up to 1.32s with Arcanatime. Trick Shot has a pause at the beginning if used immediately after Thunder Kick, though. Arcanatime would have to create the same pause before Spinning Kick started, and the same duration, if it were the reason that pause exists, because it's a constant, identically applicable between the two powers in question. That doesn't happen, though. Spinning Kick's animation chains so perfectly with Thunder Kick's that it looks like one animation. It's not that, either, and the same evidence that proves that it can't be Arcanatime works here. If the pause existed at the end of Thunder Kick, it would be evident no matter which power was used next. Like Arcanatime, it would be a constant, something always present regardless of what sequence you use. That there is no pause if another kick is used after Thunder Kick is sufficient to prove that there isn't a baked-in pause. It's something else. Something to do with sequencing, I'd guess, but animations are well outside of my usual research areas. The last time I did anything with graphics was when I made my avatar, and that was almost 25 years ago.
