Most of the sentinel T9 primaries deal ~138 damage, with a varying amount of additional damage at the center 8-10' of the AoE/PBAoE (in most cases, ~57). Full Auto deals 138.308 damage over 2s and has a 16% chance to crit for an additional 57.195 damage over 2s. Full Auto has to use a crit because they can't differentiate cone areas. A target is either in the cone or it isn't, that's the extent of the engine's determination. Rain of Arrows has 3 pulses of 61.4326 damage over 1s, but each pulse has a separate hit check, so the average damage equates to (61.4326 * 0.95) * 3 = 175.08291. Rain of Arrows deals less damage per target, but has a 16 target cap instead of the 10 target cap that other primary T9s use. They're fine.

There are DC and Marvel games making money right now, which they'd potentially make less of if players were permitted to make DC and Marvel characters in Co*, so whether or not Homecoming is a for-profit entity is irrelevant from a legal perspective. It's not just what someone else makes from illicit use of protected works, it's also what the owner didn't make.

Spreading things out reduces player congestion. Reduced player congestion alleviates problems with power spam, noise, et cetera. -

If the new pets are purchasable with an existing currency (outside of the player market), players will run whatever content awards them the most of that currency instead of fighting GMs. If they use reward merits, players will grind for reward merits instead of fighting GMs. If they use inf*, players will farm/marketeer instead of fighting GMs. Whatever existing currency they used, players would focus on accumulating that instead of fighting GMs for a low drop chance. The players with a surplus of the existing currency could bypass the content and buy in immediately, en masse, allowing them to control the pricing on the player market. The currency used would experience inflation, the pet supply on the player market would be lower and the average sale price higher, and the pets would be less available to players without ever-increasing sums of inf* or the used currency. New currencies prevent hyperinflation, ensure availability for new players and encourage players to engage in the connected content. This is a lesson Cryptic didn't learn, Paragon learned the hard way and HC has no intention of repeating. If a few more icons in our inventory is the price we pay for not having items trading off-market for 1.5x the inf* cap, so be it. -

Titan Weapon: Hold This: You hand your weapon to the enemy, giving him a hernia. Single-target Slow and Immobilize Fumble: You drop your weapon. Your enemies let their guards down after seeing how incompetent you are. Cone -Res Whoaoaoaoaoa! You swing your weapon in a circle, throwing yourself off balance, making yourself dizzy and causing you to fall down. Your enemies are laughing so hard that they can't see straight. PBAoE -ToHit Bad Aim: You almost manage to hit something, but your bulky weapon is so slow that your targets easily avoid it. Busy ducking your attack, they don't see the next few attacks coming their way. Cone -Def OH GOD, THERE'S BLOOD EVERYWHERE! You somehow manage to give yourself an eensy weensy, teeny tiny cut with your weapon... and promptly faint. A medic appears out of nowhere, rolls his eyes and slaps a bandage on your booboo, then performs real triage on your teammates. PBAoE Heal Wild Swings: Your gesticulations with your weapon distract the enemies so much that they're more susceptible to status effects. Targeted AoE -MezRes It's Stuck! You've lodged your weapon in the wall or ceiling or floor... or, knowing you, mid-air. While it's hanging there, glinting reprovingly, enemies trying to reach you are forced to clamber over/under/around it. Targeted AoE Slow Guys, I Think I'm Getting The Hang Of This. You most definitely aren't getting the hang of this. Your stumbling and flailing have, however, scared the crap out of your enemies... probably your teammates, too. PBAoE Fear and -ToHit I Hit Something Once! You did, and it's given you a confidence that most mere mortals will never experience. You're so happy about it that your entire team is suffused with pride at your accomplishment and determination to help you hit something again... someday... if you don't kill yourself with that thing first. PBAoE +Status Protection and +Damage -
So... use a large, heavy book to beat the name holders into releasing the names. BOOK MELEE NAO PLZKTHXBAI!

The Cancel on Damage change wasn't about stalkers, or even targeting stalkers. The Cancel on Damage flag wasn't working at all. I mean at all at all. Night Widow critter Blinds weren't being removed when our characters were attacked. Bane and Succubus critter Placates weren't either. All of those critters had cart blanche to beat player character asses without reprisal, and it was making some content unplayable for some players/characters and frustrating for others. The flag was broken. It had to be fixed. -
I played a Kin/Elec defender with only pool melee attacks back during I5/I6. And no Damage enhancements. Everything else was tolerable (survivability was so good that i could tank AVs and solo Adamastor (but it took almost half an hour)), but being Stunned, Slept and Held constantly was maddening. Load up on Break Frees. Good luck.
