  1. I'm fairly certain that's just a MM issue, not a web grenade issue. For some reason, MM end costs are drastically inflated compared to other classes for powers they share, and the attacks they don't share seem to have high end costs as well. My traps MM is fairly happy, but I agree detonate/time bomb need drastic reworking, and wouldn't oppose something being done with FFG to improve it's ability to keep up and triage beacon to either make it more mobile (either let it follow you, or give shorter recharge) or to make it more worth pulling to the beacon instead of charging ahead.
  2. While this wouldn't be all that useful for kins, how about when your team fills up, that damage bonus goes to them to a lesser degree? Have small team-wide damage bonus starting when you get a partner and scaling up to full team, perhaps maxing at 8%. Not much, but it'd be something that groups without kins could appreciate. Or maybe team wide debuff resistance, starting out at 2% -rech/-movement/-def/-tohit/-perception resistance and capping at 14%? While some sets might offer resistance to one or two debuffs, I don't think any offer DDR, not even FF.

  8. So, reading that other thread someone suggested playing with polarity and having some powers have negative charge, some positive, and interactions between the two. Had me thinking, could add some buffs that when combined would be rather OP, but with a pole system, not letting them be combined. For example, have one buff give a ton of def, and another a ton of resistance, but both buffs have a negative charge which would be replant to each other. So someone can have one positive, one negative and as many neutral buffs as they like. That or have 1 power have 2 different effects depending on your own polarity when casting, but only 1 version of the power could be in effect at once (although depending on how many of the powers use that mechanic, it could lead to having double the powers in a single set). And perhaps add a mechanic where two teammates with separate like charges interact, creating a pulse that debuffs nearby enemies. As for the chain targeted AoE heal attack, maybe have it have a middling-weak base heal and a second heal that increases in power proportional to amount of end drained, so the heal would be strongest against foes at the start of the fight or after allowing the enemy time to recover, or you can keep hitting with a weak heal to help keep them sapped.

  17. Yeah, flight has a very low max speed, on live anyway there was no point in slotted fly speed because base was over cap, not sure if homecoming has changed that. Having them disabled for PvP seems reasonable. I was also going to suggest having them only available from vendors/contacts and not drop, but suppose with the ability to disable insps you don't want having them drop is ok. (And as an aside, does disabling insp drops mean you get nothing if it was going to drop, or system re-rolls until something you have enabled pops up?) Maybe some other insp ideas could be +range (also disabled for PvP) and +absorb. Maybe a variation of large dam/acc/res/def insps where you get full large effect for half duration (for example, maybe tweak), then it decays to med effect for half normal insp duration, then small.
  18. Back on live, get all the badges, check all the interesting story arcs I missed leveling, knock lowbie enemies from one side of the street to the other, farm stuff for my other alts. Maybe make the accolade make other click accolade powers recharge in 1/5th the time. If they had 5 minute recharge opposed to 25 they might get some use. Different yet similar to original +rech suggestion.

  22. While I don't have many specific ideas for the zones, I'd like to see Norse, Japanese and Native American mythology themed zones, as well as +1 for moon base, sea lab and island getaway zones.
  23. So no asking to make ninja pets even marginally durable? As for original suggestion, my kin on homecoming is pretty low but got him to decent level on live, and don't really see the need for this, if team is unaware just remind them where the heals are.
