This. My buffers and such tend to bounce around in and out of the mix dropping what they can when they can, not just Empathy. Similarly a lot of my characters with drains and their ilk have to be closer and if I am to far off the ground say hover blasting, those drains may not go off. Hover is useful for sure, I have it on almost every shooter I have but I don't use it exclusively. Constantly tweaking the altitude is more attention consuming than just leaping back. after doing my PBAoE. Definitely hover blast outdoors (I am looking at you Marauder).

Yeah, for me I had to throw out most effective because is alters the output of the first two. Meta and best play comes from enjoyment. I get it, Fire is damage king (most effective) but I get little to no enjoyment from it, so little that I deleted it and made a fire Sentinel instead.

I always pay attention to one degree or another based on the character I am playing and the team I am on, especially if support. With my Blasters I generally have to do the least amount of attention keeping, melee types are kind of locked except when I see team mates who have oopsed. I also have to be super attentive and have map up for Aeon and a couple of others that are run skipped so fast that I am nearly dizzy (and I don't mean Flores)

I have done this once or twice. Characters that I invested slotting of Set IOs in at an early point (pre-30) then discovered that I wasn't having fun with the character which placed it in the scrap pile. Buy needed Set IO recipes with any reward merits or execute the tedious transfer withing account, then I strip them using a respec, trade set IOs, salvage recipes and influence and anything else sitting in them to a mule. THEN DELETE. In rare cases where I have a character that I ran to 50 and either tolerated or liked but lost pleasure in playing, they are stripped like the others then sent to Everlasting. The Mule then divies out the Set IOs to those in need based on my spreadsheet or dumps them in the Base Bin.

Well its easier if you catch a team or league early enough when the event starts in zone to increase your bomb destruction count but that is pretty much the only way for sure. I seem to remember a mission where was a single UXB (or at least that's how I remember it) that you could target and destroy but I didn't check to see if it gave credit.

As soon as they hit 50 they are almost always parked in Ouro because of the flashbacking, the iTrials and the ease of access to PUG TF/SF calls.
