@Galaxy Brain runs a similar series of tests using SOs and /Willpower on Scrappers. I don't recall if they post the results here on the forums though.

The command /leaveteam should work.

Mag 30. Yeah. 30. 3x the normal for armors. I asked if that was on purpose during beta, never got an answer and took silence as confirmation it was WAI. 🤷♂️

Stone Armor would like to petition for addition to this list. https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=scrapper_defense.stone_armor.mineral_armor 🍻

So ... school me right quick on stalker ATOs for Firey plzkthx: %Hide goes in AS, yeah? Where in FM are folks liking the %RefreshBU?

aaaaaah-Yup ... ... iirc it's two hits and pointing towards the target with the weapon ... *Clank* *Clank* *Point* ... (edit) ... In general /SD gets some interesting animation quirks. There's an alternate for Brawl that is backhanding someone with the shield. Fun at low levels.

There are some little details that are very cool as well. Taunt animations from a weapon + shield combo are excellent. Stalker Electrical Melee: The wind-up on AS sounds like a rattlesnake. Too cool. 😄

Certainly won't try to claim ownership on the Rule, but definitely a devout follower. 🤣 See also: Martial Combat (Blaster). Slap anything onto it.

All new content is no longer solo friendly?

(Homecoming Wiki links in Spoilers) Agent Watkins in Steel Canyon (L20-29): Doc Buzzsaw on Sharkhead Isle (L30-39): Homecoming Wiki, it's where you want to be: https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Main_Page 🍻 Edit: There is also the new Dr. Aeon Strike Force, Sister Valeria story arc, and the ITF has a new set of "Hard Mode" tweaks that change things up significantly. Valeria can be solo'd by a level 50 working on Incarnate salvage, similarly to Dark Astoria, but it is more difficult. I'd save Valeria for after DA and a few iPowers built up if I were on a solo path at that point. -
Ancients of Sorrow. They will drink your milkshake if not dealt with promptly.

Let's talk about Blitz/Parkour Stance

WTB the leaned back madness run stance displayed by the beer belly guy on stage right. Finger guns mandatory, non-negotiable. -
Definitely not dead. Last time I was running my latest Praetorian I saw 3 or 4 other players hitting the trainer at the same time. Not dead, just a realm for solo-starting toons with a specific background. Or for completionists doing Side Switch Every Time runs. Gold side is excellent. Just need a code tweak so former Praetorians get to keep the Gold Flyer for their TT.

Just because it hasn't been mentioned: Base building is definitely alive and well. Numerous public transit hubs on Excel, and I've no doubt the same on other servers. The proverbial "Everybody and their brother" has a private base or more than one. Our SG base gets seasonally redecorated on the regular by one of our more industrious leader types. I dunno if it is still a thing, but at least one person was doing Real Estate RP on Everlasting - posting listings here on the forums from time to time. Hmm. Maybe I should try it. 🤣

Jaunt's endurance cost is out of bounds. 13.xx against 9.xx for Translocation and 5.xx for Combat Teleport. Double the cost of CT (11.xx) would be out of bounds enough: slotting CT for Range eliminates half of Jaunt's range advantage. At worst it should be the same cost as Translocation. The cost of Jaunt is <too damn high meme goes here>.

No, you are mostly correct and I am mostly hyperbolic. 😉 And/Or setting my expectations too high for movement debuffs on dps classes. The effect is there; I just found the overall result (edit: from Mud Pots alone) lackluster.
-
Ok. This is interesting to me. Because yeah, the slow in MudPots on a Scrapper is so ineffective that I ran around checking everything in range with PA out of a suspicion it was outright broken. It isn't, it's just ... weak. I tried out an Ice Blast sentinel to see if I could leverage slows. Nope. Not even a little bit. But it's my Fire/Martial blaster with Reaction Time that is the only one that feels effective in slowing enemies, but that is because the debuff on that aura is 70% compared to much lower values in Ice Storm/Blizzard/etc. It probably helps that I run Gravitic on that blaster, which stacks onto the slow. Between that, RoF, and RT, this blaster is better at slow than every Ice character I've tried. Caveat: These are all DPS classes.
