True story. I was teamed with this person and they got truely pissed that she was the trainer and went to Talos to train. I was speechless. She's pretty nice to me, even gave me her number. I was on a pretty handsome toon at the moment. @Etched

I have an SG that I can invite you to. We are a small sg (six of us total) that play mostly from 10 am to 1 or 2pm most every day. One of the members is on the west cost which is why we start at 10est/7wst. To be honest during the week it's usually just him and I. Sundays we do Sg teamin with toons made just for Sunday runs. I would say just play the game. Teams, Tf/Sf, AE Farm and Raids. Others will say to use your Merits and buy Enhancement Converters and sell them on the Market. Both work at gettin the green backs. @Etched

I wouldn't say that. I see a lot of SGs that will bring in new players but they are not just goin to land at your feet. You got to look. @Etched

Anyone ever play Pac-Man, I'm not talkin about in the arcade, I'm talkin about for the Atari? You first get it and it's like OMFG this is fun! You're sitting in your living room or bed room and you're listenin to Night Ranger on the redio and you think life couldn't get any better. Until you realize that not mush really is goin to change. Chasing the dots, avoidin the ghosts until the next level, hoping something would be different. And it don't. That is how Red side is for me. I played it beta, I was there for the release, and I played it until it got borin. Not mush has changed. I know the HC Devs has added more content and I played that, not a lot I will add but after that.... Still the same Red side. Blue side is really no different. Most of the time I go where the team or tf goes. I love the Aeon sf. I love the Recluse sf. The story arcs, are kinda bland. As others have said above, you don't get to be a villain. More like a soft hero, if that makes sense. Would I go back to Red side? It would have to be really good. @Etched

Thank you for the reply and time as base Rep. I understand you nor Easter cannot disclose what is comin but you offered more info than the devs have at this point, even if it is vague. I'm personally lookin forward to whatever is comin out and envisionin all the great builds in the future and I'm sure I am not the only one. One of the two bugs that have been buggin me is the category switching when I move from one room to another. If I pick a category it would be nice to maintain that category until I decide to change it and not when I go from one room to another. Hopefully we'll see fixes for that and the rest. Great news is abound however, we are left in the dark. The Devs may see base construction as a lesser topic but there are many of us that would like to know. What's comin? I was told by a very trustworthy source that there is but they know very little other then something is comin. So I'm askin the base reps, @Easter Bunny and @Dacy to bring us into the light. Are there goin to be additions and bug fixes comin in the next updates that is more constructive then coffee mugs? NPCs, lightin, new anything? Details would be tremendous. Wow. It's goin to be a great year comin up and I'm extremely excited and lookin forward to a rubber ducky head. Just a question, the Vanguard picture, is that new base decorations or do we get more coffee mugs? It doesn't sound like there is goin to be much base love with the next update. Lighted widows that are not skylights would be great. Hell, anything that's not a coffee mug or stand to put the mugs on would be wonderful. New NPCs? Anything? @Etched

I see this as a pretty cut and dry situation and understand completely why certain shards are gettin special treatment. If Excelsior or Everlast crashes then the other three servers will probably follow suit when everyone that plays on those servers rush to the less populated servers and forcin those to crash as well. I just have two pretty simple questions. When can we expect lighted warehouse windows within base construction and what would you do for a Klondike Bar? @Etched

I hear WoW is lookin for players and they'll be happy as hell to charge you for every update and to even play their game. You should go check them out so we don't have to listen to you whine every other day. Might want to buy a better computer before you do. @Etched

There is a sub forum within Base Construction that allows builders to "SHOW OFF" their work called Show Off. Also, there are many videos that help with tricks and tips. I would suggest lookin them over. There is also a list of Contest Winners for base projects in Events/Contest in Announcements, maybe you can find some ideas there as well. @Etched

Keep in mind CTRL + Z is any builders best friend, which is UNDO. Watch the video guides, @Dacy has a complete set of video's that will help all new builders. Don't get discouraged, I have faith you can do it. 😉 @Etched

I don't normally make Defends, i'm a corruptor kinda guy but thats just me. With that being said, there are two suggestions for a Kin/ and that would be Electric or Ice (ice havin a quicker recharge and Aoes). As a Storm/ I would definitly pick Ice just because of all the Aoes between te two them. @Etched

I would suggest a different approach to the game then most above. Scrappers and brutes are great team and solo artist but if you are lookin for a more team friendly selection try a corruptor over a defender, better damage with less emphasis on the buffs, Force field or Ice are two of the best buffers for teams. Sentinels are a great starter toons, damage is less then scrappers, brutes, and blaster but they can last in a fight. Maybe a Psy/Invuln Sentinel or a water/ice is the way to go. Both are great all around toons. Ranged plus mez control keeps you in the action also works well as a solo or team play. @Etched

I understand that you are blah on Sentinels. However, an ice/ice corruption paired with an stone/ice sentinel may fit your need. Sentinels imo are great ATs to play, a little bit blaster and a little bit scrapperish. I recently made a water/ice sentinel and she isn't a tank but she holds her own. Turn the stone attacks so they are crystal and you have a toon that throws glass, while lookin like glass. Also, sentinels get a ice set for epics. Give it a try, you may be surprised. @Etched
