  1. Agreed, a very good night of tanking. Most of the team was barely tall enough for Yin, and certainly light on IOs and sets, so we slogged out the +2/8 in about 50 minutes. A far cry from the 30-35 it used to take, with a full team of incarnated (albeit exemplared) tanks, prior to the recent patch(es). Lots and lots of dings, however, getting everyone to at least 25 for Cit. Sorry to have missed that, but life happens...
  2. Procs are unaffected by Rage crash, so if you have a damage proc in Footstomp (or any other melee attacks), you still have a chance at that damage. Other procs still work, like the tanker ATO1 and ATO2 and my Inv/SS build includes a full set of Blistering Colds in KB, so the hold proc still works and the Entombed absorb proc in Char. So you've still got options when Rage crashes (including prestige attacks like Sands of Mu). I should also add that you can taunt and position/group enemies, during the crash. That's how I handle it...and the ten seconds pass very quickly, IMHO.
  3. Strange happenings on the Synapse1 team (and thanks again to @X'terra for leading). First, we started with only six tanks (on a +2/8), until one dropped before the Clockwork Lord mission. After finishing that mish, it re-loaded in error, so we all logged out and logged back in. Didn't fix it, so we did that mish (again!), with only five tanks. Met the Synapse2 team on the roof and Babbage failed to appear (I get it, he was obviously scared), so we took to the Clockwork King mish with our small but mighty team. Even with all that re-doing and standing around, we finished in less than two hours. I think I got three levels on my (starting at 32?) Dark/Stone Melee toon that missed Syn on the stone melee challenge runs. All in all great fun, great tanking and glorious herding.
  4. To bring damage to the table, consider a Fire/Fire/Pyre tank, if you still want to o tank.
  5. LOL, and also happy to help herding a gloriously fast TinPex (ApeMage). Even with the nerfs, 7 tanks finished a x8 in about 52 minutes. Battle Maiden took about 50% longer, in my estimation, than in the past TT events.
  6. But your top build sure sounds like a shoo-in for a Cthulu-themed toon...😆
  7. Paging @Snarky. He's got the best Dark/Dark Brute builds.
  8. Thanks again for "X" leading, as they were the tallest of the six of us (and all of lvl 38, IIRC). Six (now nerfed) tanks took on a +2/8 Numina and finished in less than two hours. Big difference in the time it takes to complete the hunts, without a full team, for sure. I quit counting dings, but my (starting) level 36 tank ended at 38. Much herding and tons of fun.
  9. I miss one flippin' Indom run...
  10. Last month was Yin, so I guess it'll be Citadel. I'm 27 so everyone should be 25+ by now...
  11. My pleasure and we had a blast. 59 minutes was a significant accomplishment (IMHO), considering only half the team was incarnated and with the aforementioned changes to tanking, ,especially in AOE damage. Our non-incarnated (and certainly non-kitted) tanks understandably struggled against +5 mobs, in the final couple of waves in the reactor chamber. All-in-all we had a successful mission with a WHOLE lot of dings 😆 As an aside, I didn't notice much difference on my electric armor tank. While running Focused Accuracy, I didn't notice a significant difference in end use
  12. Second shout-out to @MsAligned, for the great Katie TF. Tons of fun and a good bit of leveling was had. See you, Tuesday! 😆
  13. Pretty much anything, but considering your "two damage aura" criteria, I'd suggest: Bio/Fire or Rad/Fire. My best (pure damage) tank is Fire/Fire/Pyre, but not as durable as the Bio or Rad versions.
  14. Hey! I resemble that remark...
  15. What an enjoyable TT, our group had. We finished a kill-through +2 Numina in 1:13. Lots of dings and we had a mix of veteran and newcomer tankers (of various incarnated and un-incarnated levels) and everyone pulled their weight, especially during the (usually) grindy hunt missions. The team knocked it out of the park, with their efficiency! Special kudos to @ZemX for his (usual) outstanding herding/pulling to the group and we had no defeats, until the final mission, where basically the entire map was herded to Jurassik's location...and we all understood we needed a "Witty" moment, to make a TTT complete 😁 See you Saturday on Victory!
  16. Apologies for the late reply, but here you go: JAWBRKR v5.0_I27p5 update - Tanker (Invulnerability).mbd
  17. For KD and other mitigation, add Stone Melee to your list...
  18. Yeah, I was on leader "autopilot" with the +2/8, but you have to admit, until the shadow simulacrums, it wasn't too terrible. Having to fight ten of our caliber tanks, with only five, was a "challenge". 😆
  19. I have great fun and success with Ice/Stone Melee. A dirty snowball of beat down, that's nearly unkillable with all the Def and mitigation.

    So I was....

You can copy the actual (.mxd or .mbd) file and paste it into your post. Mids' export feature is still wonky, with some versions, so this has become the fallback...
  21. My apologies for last night, gang, as my ISP crapped out around 8:30...and I'm just now getting back on. We had four outrageous Brutes and were wiping the Virgil Tarkoss floor, until my untimely connection demise...
  22. Thanks for the screenies, WB!!! And Will, in all his fiery glory...
  23. Same! And I would have! 😆 I park my WP/Fiery on Torch (get it, Fiery on Torch...) and he made, what, VL130 last night? Yeah, happy to solo the big ugly robot. Agreed! I was honored to be part of that, with one of the absolute best herding leaders @Warboss. Destroy most and finished in 1:08. Epic.
  24. That's exactly how I run my StJ tank. Breezes through "classic" +4/8 ITFs...
  25. Here for you, bro, always! Witty's situation should remind all of us how fleeting life is, but also how blessed we are to have an on line family to share the fun (and escape) and comradery of this game. I appreciate the @Warboss's and @Ronin_Around's, that are keeping this community going. Humbled.and honored to be a small part of that.
