  6. As I recall at sunset for the game originally there were "talks" with NCSoft about acquiring the game. They jerked the community and Tony V around then. What's so different now? How can you be sure they aren't jerking around the community again? My point is, we've heard this song and dance before. ("I know it failed the last time. But THIS time it'll work!!!") Show me. Don't tell me. At this point actions speak way louder than words.
  7. Content is now much harder than ever to do, simply because so many groups have servers running. A central authority could, conceivably, churn out new content but then the servers would have to accept it and run it. I just don't see that happening anytime soon. At least, not until the coders finish modernizing and updating the game to a single install EXE. But then you need writers and people willing to implement the new stuff. If you thought the early days of The Return(tm) were filled with drama, just wait.

  11. I lost this game once. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. Lot of this has to do with summer being in full swing, people going on vacation, outside doing things. I'm fairly sure there will be an uptick in people once fall and winter set in. Still though, couldn't help to get the word out that it's back. Lots of people I know were interested in it coming back when I was talking to them back in May.

    Speedster build

    So this past weekend some SG mates and I made some toons for S&Gs. I designed her to be a sort of speedster and have tried to make her as close as I can get to one in CoH. I was playing around with her in Pines and I'm sort of happy with how she's turned out. I wouldn't mind some C&C for it since I'm mediocre at best when building stuff.   15. Did the glitch with Rad Armor for Brutes not displaying Beta Decay not having the correct enhancements available or with Cold def/resist not displaying correctly ever get addressed?

  21. This really needs to happen. Base raids are no longer a thing. Prestige is no longer relevant. we need to increase the SG size to account for that.
  22. Generally Energy Melee suffers from a combination of nerfed damage and slow animation times. The damage is able to be mitigated with IO/sets. The animation time would require the devs to speed things up.... a lot. I know. I'm bummed too. it's one of my favorite powers.
  23. I have been playing since the server opened. I have gotten a total of 2 purple drops.
  24. The DA storylines are really good. Very DARK, in a Vertigo kind of way. I really reccomend them. Also bring a team for any fight involving an AV. Just saying....
  25. I did it for my main because I was recreating him from Live. I really just wanted my main back to where I had left off with him. My others, I am taking my time with and playing with them.
