The latest SG base built, The Eerie Defenders on Everlasting. Base Code: Monster-25383 The Dracula's Castle theme SG base on a remote mountain top. The entrance gates let way to a foreboding view. A castle lost in time and memory. Please do come in out of the rain and cold we wouldn't want you to catch your death. Sit by the fire and rest your weary bones. The dungeon below the castle proper, for those who pass from this world. The second level walkway overlooking the common room. Sit for a spell or two. The third story storage room houses a collection of things not seen in at least a century. The top level contains the mad scientist's lab. Now where did that body run off to? The mad scientist's latest volunteer will be arriving at the stroke of midnight. Behind the Castle is the graveyard, lest we forget our mummies and ghoul friends.

The latest SG base built, The Eclectic League on Everlasting. Base Code: Chaos-25197 Map of the base layout. Very functional and easy to find things. SG leader wanted a room for each AT type. The base is on a secluded island. Entrance to the SG base with enclosed arboretum. Generic portal room. Civilian trying out for the hero corp. Store room with vendors, trainer, and icon/facemaker. Hospital for the blaster in your life. Crafting center with bank. The melee room with aquarium and obstacle course for the daring. Hardcore parkour! Tank room with wrestling ring. Let's get ready to fumble! Range room with a bar and rifle range in it. Because drinking and Freem go hand and hand. The support room has a relaxing library and lounge area after a hard day of holding up your team. The roof top has a patio and main SG meeting hall. What a view.

Let me know if you still need a base builder. @Envious is my in-game handle.

The other bases were just hidden, the category section had their boxes unchecked. I fixed them.

Looking for help with a custom Peacebringer build.
stealthnight replied to Lilahbee's topic in Peacebringer & Warshade
A rebuild of my Human only PB, good for tanking, added more range attacks per request. This Hero build was built using Mids Reborn 3.1.2.5 https://github.com/LoadedCamel/MidsReborn Click this DataLink to open the build! -
Never had a problem with my Dark Armor/Radiation tank, just can't go ham on attacks because of endurance issues.

Here's a basic build to get you started. Perma-hasten, with decent defense and endurance recovery. This Hero build was built using Mids Reborn 3.1.2.5 https://github.com/LoadedCamel/MidsReborn Click this DataLink to open the build! Water Weaver: Level 50 Magic Blaster Primary Power Set: Water Blast Secondary Power Set: Martial Combat Power Pool: Speed Power Pool: Flight Power Pool: Fighting Power Pool: Leadership Ancillary Pool: Mace Mastery Hero Profile:

Here is one I made a while ago. I took Medicine Pool because of the lack of heals. Also took Spring Attack for the double stomp effect with Shield Charge. Its Perma Hasten with 184% recharge. I have to mention the Alpha Incarnate does boost the defense/recharge and end mod. This Villain build was built using Mids Reborn 3.1.2.5 https://github.com/LoadedCamel/MidsReborn Click this DataLink to open the build! ------------

Here's my take on a Dark/Dark/Dark stalker. Since the stalker ATO's are over-powered Placate has become trivial. The bonus defense from Infiltration go away once you are spotted. With a higher resistance level if you notice some type of damage coming through its easy to pop Shadow Meld as a buffer. Dropping the stealth IO in sprint, its out of the way and doesn't take up an extra slot, if you need it just toggle and run. Hide and stealth IO puts you well over PvE cap (300). Dropping concealment pool for the fighting power is a good thing for any melee class; and since dark gets self healing attacks there is no reason to run and rehide unless things really go sideways. Just my 10 cents, my 2 cents is free. This Villain build was built using Mids Reborn 3.1.2.5 https://github.com/LoadedCamel/MidsReborn Click this DataLink to open the build!

My Grav/Storm Troller, slotted for Perma-Hasten and KB->KD because on a team no one likes to chase their kills.
-
@Khrystina yes, exactly. Just like a Fire Aura tank (i.e. all farmers) will be fire resistance capped, no matter what. It's built into the Power Pool.
-
You need to look at your primary defense powers (Charged Armor, Conductive Shield, and Grounded) all provide Energy Resistance. Charged Armor also provide Smash/Lethal and Conductive Shield provides Fire/Cold & Negative resistance. Grounded also provides Negative resistance Immob and KB protection. All armor types have a specific defense/resistance that they push high by nature of their type, so you are going to be hard pressed to "even out" those resistances. Taking Tough from Fighting pool will boost Smash/Lethal resistance. Rune of Protection from Sorcery pool will boost all Resistances

Forum suggestion: Incarnate "Archetype" Forum?

I have to be the first to admit I didn't know what the SF leader meant when he yelled 'run from yellow beam', but after that death. I never died again. Some things are hard to explain and easier to experience. Since dying doesn't ruining getting the MoASF badge, I am perfectly fine with the way it is.

@Cobalt Arachne I know the joy of seeing your work in game, I too created and imported models into Unreal Tournament, and edited mods from Skyrim. Nothing fancy just personal hobbies. But finding someone who has the knack of storytelling and willing you learn the programming/technical side to implement it in-game is rare. I've been through the strike force many times and enjoy it, feels like original developer work. Kudos to you; know all the hard work and long hours are really appreciated by the Homecoming community.

Since prestige isn't a thing anymore. Everyone uses personal SG bases for storage and other things. Is there a way to create a random base generator, maybe a few presets that a newly created SG can choose from so they aren't building from scratch every time? Just a thought.
-
Since I thought it was fitting I made a toon named Copium on Excelsior last week.
