I think the argument used to be because there's no one out there to stand guard, but if we have a permanent recon officer and emergency medical tech just on the other side, then why not some kind of military security official? Or a robot?

Honestly, I wouldn't mind if a nonlethal mode was introduced. If I see whose attacks are triggering the arrest animation I would go out of my way to kill their targets before they finish them off, so even though they didn't deliver the killing blow they still helped.

I always chuckle when I mention killing bad guys and someone on the team corrects me, saying we're arresting them. No, no, no.....not with my vigilante ass on the team we aren't.

So basically just a second rate Underworld rip? Hard pass. Maybe they couldn't do Count Dracula justice, but it could just be the City of Heroes interpretation of Count Dracula or perhaps even just a pretender that's powerful enough that none of the other vamps care to challenge him on it.

Any suggestions for what kind of content you want to see in trials? Personally, I'd like to see a vampire trial introduced for next Halloween, featuring a conflict between real vamps and Council vamps, and bring in Count Dracula (public domain, so A-OK to do) as an AV you have to face at the end.

Everyone likes the TT. Very useful. Personally I'm not a fan of its appearance with the longbow or arachnos flyer look. Would it be possible to set some customization options? We've got helicoptors with moving rotors that could drop down for a generic military style. Or for those with a magical theme, why not an oversized magic carpet (the kind you can get as a solo travel power from the START vendor) that hovers there waiting for people to click accept and go? I could even see a portal thing like the rikti or COT use to summon more mobs.....portal appears, click to accept being transported to mission location. Boom, easy peasy. Why not even just have a car pull up out of no where like how MM thug shows up on a motorcycle? Road trip!

You can choose to limit some of those growths if you want. I mean, just have it cover the right arm if you like and do minimal effects on the other limbs.
