Invulnerability goes great with DM. The heal with the end proc in it along with the -hit shores up problems with INV.

My scrapper, Minimum Force, is a normal cop with a high tech night stick and a power shield uses, "You are in violation of being stupid in a No Stupid Zone!"

I did an ice regen on test at 4/8 and hardly ever had to use my heals other that the basic one.

Yeah I am going to have to narrow down exactly what I want for spells as an American witch student. Since the throwing objects seems to be tied to ancient magic, I may skip that part of it and go for the spells the rest of the Wizarding world gets. I will also skip the curses like I am in game.. Providing I can ever stop playing through game.

Looking at the list of spells, most do seem to be control related except for the attack spells and the few defensive ones. The game does give you a spell that allows you to throw objects at people so gravity seems to fit with propel, lift and the holds. Mind also has lift, holds and confusion, but the sleeps don't fit. Maybe I can use a new kind of magic with Symphony and claim I am casting Despacito.

I have started playing Hogwarts Legacy and it reminded me of a character concept I had forgotten that I need some help putting together. Basically the character if female and went to a magic school like Hogwarts so would be young. She was kill by a dark wizard with the killing curse, but came back to life. Partially. She would look undead, but not full on zombie and look like she is wearing some sort of official magic school outfit. I also need some AT and power set ideas though most of the spells I have found seem to be control natured. This is the look I have so far. Her name will be Avada Cadaver.

Well FA comes late and often with physical perfection so bt adding a slot to FA to put 2 +5 endrec in it and the proc in physical perfection you pretty much account for FA's cost.

I usually test characters at level 22 which is when I slot IOs. I did made a SJ/WP and a SS/WP on test to run around Talos. SS lacks AoE until 26 so I thought about getting Cross Punch at around 14 or so, but since WP doesn't have an Oh Crap ability, I thought about using Hand Clap for that. Getting everything as early as I want them is flipping me the bird.

How much of a damage difference do you think is from the offensive stance of Bio vs Inv between the two builds? Do you think they would be more inline if your SS was also Inv?

I think the main reason scrappers and stalkers are better with Energy Melee is crits. Stalkers can control theirs and scrappers can almost do so. It comes down to the ATOs. Theirs is better.

This is what mine will look like. I will most likely go with SJ as the rage crash still irritates me, though I do like turning Foot Stomp into a ground punch.

I have an EM scrapper and right now I am trying to avoid sets I have a 50 of. A minor glow on the gauntlets is fine since they are powered.

Maybe it's Po, but with a third less calories.

I am making a brawler type of character loosely based on Vi from League of Legends. The idea is only power sets with very little or no graphics since all her power will come from her gauntlets. What do you think would be the best combo for this that also is very effective? Thanks
