    Probably my mind/psionic dominator. I put them all to sleep and pick a target. "Wake up, it's time to die!" Then I beat their mind with my mind until they wish they were dead.

    That us why I did it, but does it change anything about when I would lose the bonus from the enhancement? I am hoping not since it is a basic IO, but what about set IOs? Say you +5 a set IO that has a 30-50 range. Would the minimum be raised to 35? Or would attuning it change thing?

    I don't really understand how the +5 rules work. I have only done that to basic IOs in hasten and Focused Accuracy. I figure I am safe with FA since it is usually my next to last power pick. I am not sure about hasten.

    Even using the bug fixed one, I had to go into the folder after uninstalling Mids and re-installing it to give my system and applications security permissions to get it to run.

    How well does fire do as a tanks for TFs and Incarnate stuff? I made this build based on your Fire/DB build focusing a little more on resists.

    Here is a Will/MA build I made. For some reason my Mids is showing the KB prot as being .1 instead of 10 and the end rec as being 8+ when it should be 4+. Olde will tanks builds don't show this problem and I even remade the build and got the same results. I am not sure why.

    Yes and sometimes when it does come up, it does so as the smallest it can be and I have to resize it.

    They could make Weekly Go Hunt missions where it targets a mob that has a defeat badge attached to it.

    The first build of the day never loads for me. Another problem I have is it stopped remembering where I drug a window like the incarnate window. It always pops them up in the center of the screen.

    I think of it as more of a priority system when TF needs to come before ET.

    SR is fine with scaling resists until the game decides that the attack it is going to let through my 72% buffed defense during a SSB was the one that one shot me. Then it became failing resist.

    That is why I have a hard time justifying a fire hero. At least with guns, I can claim rubber bullets. They only way I can use a lot of sets is to claim magic makes it different.

    My general slotting strategy for low levels is the 5 p2w unique damage enhancements and whatever drops I get except I do tend to buy accuracies to keep them up to date. I also try to get the health and stamina uniques when I can. Then at 22, I slot basic IOs even though they are slightly less than an SO. That way I can sell my SOs without having to worry about them.

    If I don't have anywhere better to put it, the Gaussian proc in there is better than nothing.

    I would never be able to get the look right enough to suit me, but I always wanted to make Mortal Wombat.

    Back during my incarnate days on live I took part in a lot of speed TFs. Some of them I still have no idea what they are about.
