I hate those things but no more than I hate knowing my taxes go toward making rich politicians richer. Edit: And don't even get me started on the grifting scams that are religion and insurance. It's a damn good thing we don't have base raids anymore. Can you imagine the insurance fee for automatic rebuilds?

Correction: They spend their time gaming the system to become far richer than anyone ever needs to be. Folks do it in real life as well. I mean, c'mon, if people weren't running around artificially increasing the "worth" of things by grifting every system possible, everyone would have what they need. Earth control is just a damn hoot. Think I've got earth/earth and earth/fire doms, and I recently cranked up an earth/kin controller that keeps Poopy (animated stone) buffed up with spirit ward, enflame, speed boost, siphon power and, of course, healed regularly making him one tough ass lump of crap. But, of course, even now, nothin beats my main. Claws/SR for the sexy.

It was a great thing to wake up to. On topic, I now hit General, Suggestions, Brute, Scrapper and Tank forums. Rarely do I venture outside of those. Sometimes I'll check Sentinel but it's pretty dead usually.

Don't see why not but I always go degen cuz I solo a lot. Makes sense about Rest. Totally missed it.

It never falls apart. That's the chain I use for both my shield/nrg tank and nrg/bio scrapper.

First thing to jump out at me was Preemptive Total Radial. Are you seeing any benefit from that? I would definitely consider Degen or Reactive instead. Health provides more +regen than Phys Perf. I would definitely move the Numinas and Panaceas to Health because of that. Showin a 12.5 sec downtime on Hasten but since you're stayin on the cheap, that's completely understandable. I'm not sure why Mids is showing this build with a -1000% resistance debuff..... so that's weird. But yea, should be solid. Get those passive accolades!

Kinda reminded me of my late night acid-induced ramblings back in my 20s. Made sense the night before but the next day even I was going "WTF am I reading?"

Interesting but does it mean anything in game? While playing we don't cycle through all of our single target attacks in a row and then start over. Most of us don't even take them all. Then we have to start considering global recharge and as that goes up, another lowbie attack often gets dropped. Then we have to calculate in the value of our build up/follow up/soul drain/etc powers. Don't get me wrong, I don't think I have anything that beats my nrg/bio scrapper on ST damage, but my mace/bio and claws/bio scrappers are awfully close.
