It was a great thing to wake up to. On topic, I now hit General, Suggestions, Brute, Scrapper and Tank forums. Rarely do I venture outside of those. Sometimes I'll check Sentinel but it's pretty dead usually.
First thing to jump out at me was Preemptive Total Radial. Are you seeing any benefit from that? I would definitely consider Degen or Reactive instead.
Health provides more +regen than Phys Perf. I would definitely move the Numinas and Panaceas to Health because of that.
Showin a 12.5 sec downtime on Hasten but since you're stayin on the cheap, that's completely understandable.
I'm not sure why Mids is showing this build with a -1000% resistance debuff..... so that's weird.
But yea, should be solid. Get those passive accolades!
Kinda reminded me of my late night acid-induced ramblings back in my 20s. Made sense the night before but the next day even I was going "WTF am I reading?"
Interesting but does it mean anything in game? While playing we don't cycle through all of our single target attacks in a row and then start over. Most of us don't even take them all. Then we have to start considering global recharge and as that goes up, another lowbie attack often gets dropped. Then we have to calculate in the value of our build up/follow up/soul drain/etc powers. Don't get me wrong, I don't think I have anything that beats my nrg/bio scrapper on ST damage, but my mace/bio and claws/bio scrappers are awfully close.
Everything @Stormwalkerstated is true. My only dig on NRG aura is that it's far more clicky than SR and that can occasionally become problematic when you need to click energize or energy drain right in the middle of the ridiculously long cast times for total focus or long energy transfer.
Both ITF with enemies buffed and 801 at the higher levels. But c'mon... I had to work at it. That's the damn point. The tanks I've leveled normally have been able to push the diff up FAR higher FAR earlier and thus leveled FAR faster than my brutes with their greater damage output.
Shit be broke, yo.
Edit: And I love you, too, and you know it!
Nope. Tanks are never in danger.
False request. I stand by the statement that where tanks survive when brutes can't, while doing near brute damage, tanks are OP AF. Tank damage should NOT have been raised to where it is now. Full stop.
Edit: And by now we should ALL know I'm coming at this from a soloist mindset. Brutes on teams backed by buffs > than tanks and scrappers. Also, full stop.
Blasters still faceplant all around me. I've watched some amazing blasters but ... nah.
Edit: Not to say they don't shine hard with all 3 amplifiers, rune of protection and demonic/etc.
Not denying it at all, Sovera. I buy 8 hours of all three amps on most of my lvl 1s. Just because I don't like something ridiculously OP doesn't mean I don't use it.
I do run a shield/nrg tank after all. 🙂
