It's much easier to to to one of the Mystic portals and travel to Echo GC or Echo AP to get the Ouro Portal. Generally you'd have to have access to Ouro already to reach the Echos, but you can use base teleporters to get there.

And where did the Railroad crossing sign in Titan Weapons come from? Paragon City has no railroads.

Folks could also try whittling the team down to 4 or even 2. I know that there is content out there that in general tends to be difficult for a good chunk of the players while others with their optimized builds can just wade through solo (sometimes with the team lagging behind as steamroll everything.) More difficulty option for players with their über builds I'm sure would be welcomed. 🙂
