  1. This could be it as I have a bit more then 191/21 pages, I made another playerslot file and had put five alts per page and after logging back in literally every other page was "missing"
  2. So with either of the launchers when I log in, some rows of my characters have "disappeared". That is to say that with some rows I could click on the dots to go straight to the row of characters, but for example row 7 of my alts can only be reached by using the arrows. Other rows of my alts are affected by this, I have rechecked the playerslot file and even rebuilt it but some times that makes it worse and I have to revert the file Problem seems to stem from renaming characters or moving them to different slots. Anyone else have this and a fix for it?
  3. Express Praetorian Valentine Delivery: IF you get a Valentine that needs to be delivered to someone in Praetoria, you cannot LFG to them. However you could use your base teleporter to jump to the zone and travel to them. Or you can use the "Temporal Express" service known as Ouroborus. Simply choose the right story arc, warp to the contact, then quit the arc and then you can deliver the Valentine. Praetor Duncan: Arc 18.01 in the L10-14 range, warp to Marauder, quit the arc, she is nearby Praetor Sinclair: Arc 18.25 in the L15-19 range Nightstar: no story arc with her as the contact, suggest Arc 18.25 then warp to Praetor Sinclair and quit the arc and travel to Night star. IVY: Arc 18.37 in the L20-24 range Antimatter: Arc 18.39 in the L20-24 range Bobcat: Arc 18.42 in the L20-24 range, or if you are already in Pocket D, use the portal there to warp straight to the Praetorian version of Pocket D and she is near your arrival point. Neuron: Arc 18.43 in the L20-24 range Belladonna: Arc 18.45 in the L20-24 range. Warp to the contact, quit the arc, she is in the room Vanessa DeVore: Arc 21.22 in the L25-29 range "Mother", Siege and Metronome should all be ones where you need to take a transport to them.
  4. Valentine Tip: any of the undeliverables Valentines that you can take to DJ Zero still apply to the badge. One alt of mine just took one from Sally to DJ and Match Maker dinged
  5. I like it, but the only problem I foresee is that once the event is over, you likely wont' retain the mission.
  6. Widow Maker is for the mission owner only. IF you get a Valentine Delivery that is for Ms. Liberty, you have to go to Atlas you cannot use the version in Pocket D. Noticed some dialogue change so that now you are given some vials of blood for the revival process for Red Widow. The Conduit states that this is so no one uses their own blood which for years on live and I think for the first year of HC, the dialogue of the mission stated you had to use your blood.
  7. Also contacts for Widow maker badge mission should be available at L30+
  8. Also a reminder: The Valentine Tip missions are solo only, team members have never gotten badge credit. Also they are Talk missions so Mission transport and Team Transport won't work But an SG base with teleporters helps nicely for the ones that take you to Praetoria. For others use the LFG teleport method. Example: you need to deliver one to Swan. She is next to Manticore, so open the LFG tab, select the Manticore TF and lock the team and click the green button. Also be Vigilante or Rogue so that you can deliver Valentines to blue or redside contacts.
  9. Noticed a few things when running a mayhem the other day: 1. I target a group of cops and citizens and fire ion judgement. One of the cops was the target. The ion bolt arced through all the cops but no citizens were touched. I later target a large group again only this time I use a citizen as the target, this time the blast hits civilians and cops 2. Masterminds seem to need to be told to target citizens yet they will easily attack other targets on their own.
  10. Just zoned in and received the messages from the Valentine/Spring event contacts in Pocket D.
  11. Well February is when they run Spring event
  12. Also of interesting note: Do NOT run the Promise for New Tomorrow arc in Neutropolis BEFORE running the previous arc My Best Friend Rusty arc. In My Best Friend Rusty, you will meet a contact named Aarron Walker, HOWEVER IF you have run Promise for New Tomorrow first, he dies in that arc (part of the story, cannot be saved) and thus he isn't around in My Best Friend Rusty Also there is a mission in Imperial City where you must "rescue" aka capture 3 people to be fed to the Ghouls. If any perish before being rescued you must reset the mission
  13. Add the Rescue Longbow squad in Neutropolis from Dark Watcher to this list
  14. Hm, interesting. I rechecked some notes I have from Live/the old days. This appears to be a Legacy loophole or bug as I do have an entry about this happening. Usually I pull them away if possible, but sometimes they can't or won't move. Luckily incarnate barrier helps with this.
  15. So I am running the 4th arc of Black Scorpion's patron missions. I am in the mission where I need to Visit the Future. While here I am to defeat Aeon and then rescue Silver Mantis. Well Silver mantis was taking aoe damage from the Zeus Titan guarding her and she perished just before I defeated the Zeus. Had to reset the mission, this time when I found her I took the precaution of using my incarnate barrier which actually did shield her.
  16. Partner Badge set: 3 badges that culminate with the Partner badge for a total of 50 repeat runs of the weekly TF's during the week after you have already run it for the double rewards. https://archive.paragonwiki.com/wiki/Partner_Badge TF/SF's recommended for the farming/grinding acquisition of the Partner badge. Posi 1 + Posi 2 form a team and speed them back to back to back to back. Alternatively, you could just speed run Posi 1 with a team or solo it. Posi 2 can be soloed if you are equipped to take on the AV at the end of it., but Posi 1 tends to be quicker, and the final fight in Posi 1 is your shadow replica and a CoT boss. Apex + Tin Mage: form speed teams and run them back to back to back to back Imperious Task Force: set to zero stars and form a speed team and run it again and again and again Penelope Yin TF: easily soloed or with a team. Sewer Trial: this can be done quickly if the team works to keep the generators offline during the hydra fight. Eden Trial: in this case, form a fast team and call it the Speeden trial. Run it again and again..... LGTF: this can be run fast, but sometimes the Hamidon in mission 4 can be a minor speed bump. Suggest the Ernesto Hess trial instead. Mortimer Kal SF: as long as the leader can start it, form a speedy team and run it again and again and again..... Market Crash: form a speedy team and run it again and again and again.....the only speed bump in this is the final giant. But if you aren't doing a Master run and team members have Lore pets...... Katie Hannon: speed bump #1 in this is the 10 Mary fights, the other speed bump is escorting her out of the red cap caves as she cannot be teleported to the door. Still a good one to repeatedly run Khan TF: can be completed fast if the team has the firepower and debuffs for the final fight with Reichsman and the 4 AVs. Barracuda SF not recommended as teams sometimes have to clear the final map of all targets as they locate and escort Recluse's minions to the machine room. Cavern of Transcendence: can be done with a speedy team or a well equipped solo character. Only speed bump was the change a few updates back where you now have to destroy the giant at the end as well as rescue the hostage. Merit rewards decrease with each run to the point where you could get only 1 merit, sometimes the completion of a mission awards an L50 toon with a prism (2% chance) and sometimes you get some good recipe drops. Run the TF many times a day then take a break until the next day and repeat the process.

  17. You know what I mean: to have Weave for example you need to take 2 other fighting powers first. With the recent change to the main pools in terms of getting them sooner, perhaps the need to have prerequisite powers chosen in the Tier 3/Epic/Patron powers is outmoded and should be removed. Not the level requirements, just the power prerequisites. Wouldn't you like to take Weave first then maybe another power from the fighting pool or smile knowing that you have 2 choices for other pools now? OR Vengeance without taking 2 other leadership powers? Or Victory Rush?

  19. I saw no posts asking for suggestions for the winter login badge this year. So I figure they have one ready, and the code for it isn't working at the moment or they decided to not have one this year. No big deal.
  20. Correct, you must have the 1000 pts and the countdown to zone reversion must complete to zero without any pill boxes being taken to stop the countdown. Also if you zone out, you lose the points, so you must remain in zone. But since there is also the badge for being in the zone for an hour, that's fine.
  21. Sometimes when assembling players to fight him, some "wiseguy" aka troll summons him a tad too early. It would be nice if the big message that flashes up on screen shows who summoned him, for example "Adamastor appears after being summoned by <insert character name here>"

  23. Due to Ouroborus being a co-op zone now, while it takes a Villain or a Rogue to start the Classic RSF, Vigilantes can join and run it, but Hero alignment characters can be on the team, the TF still starts and they cannot run it as they cannot enter the redside zones, and while on a TF you cannot talk to Nul the Gul So currently one must make sure that all team members visit Nul and become Vigilante, Rogue or Villain. But every now and then you get one that refuses to alter alignment or claims to be correct alignment when they are not just to troll the team. So options to correct this that I can think of: 1. When starting an incarnate trial, the system will abort the start queue and a message appears that states which character is ineligible to run the trial. Add this feature to the Classic RSF, that way the leader knows who is Hero alignment and tell them to change alignments or make room for someone else. 2. Make the Classic RSF rogue or villain alignment only, no vigilante or hero alignments. The SF cannot start if all are not red alignment. 3. Adjust Nul the Gul so that you can speak to him while on a TF.

1 star will work Get to mission 3, bring the computer down to 10% or so and you get the cutscene. Note that while soloing the 2 giants is possible, it is not quite worth it. Cyclops/Minotaurs, stack holds and immobs, pop reds like they are pez and go to town on them
