  2. In terms of Prism drops they say that the length of the Weekly TF determines the drop of either 1 or 2. Next week, DR Q. is among the weekly TF's. Given the length of that TF one would hope it would drop 4 instead of 2. Same with the other Shadow Shard TF's. Also Halloween is coming. Will wearing a Prism costume let us get Halloween mission tip drops when doing ToT or will we will need to suit up in one of the Temp Power suits that can drop from ToT? Same question applies to fighting the last boss in the Haunted House. Wearing a costume when defeating it earns a badge. Will a Prism costume count or no?

Also light form carriers over to the other forms. So basically Rad Armor suffers the least in terms of crash, but only runs for 60 seconds. Peacebringer light form loses half health and stamina with the crash, but perma charging light form is easily done and can offset the crash Perhaps, Invul, Ninjitsu, Energy Armor, Super Reflex, Electric and Rad could all have 3 minute duration, power crash drains health/stamina to 25%, cannot recover for 60 seconds. Recharge time remains the same?
  4. For PvP the Tier 9 powers revert to their classic mode while in the PvP zones, in PVE they run under the new rules.
  5. I just realized what the power crash on the old Tier 9 powers reminded me of. Activate the power and you get about 3 minutes of power and then crash and likely get defeated.........just like when Ultraman's color timer/warning light stops blinking and goes out.
  6. Best you can do with the other T9's is quasi-perma. I've made builds that get the recharge time down so much that after the crash you have only 60 seconds to wait for recharge to be complete. But that is a dangerous 60 seconds, not unlike the old weakness THOR used to have where if he wasn't holding his hammer for 60 seconds he''d revert to his mortal form.
  7. But perhaps they can try the path system from the VEATS on which Tier 9 armor to choose? Energy Aura T9 drains you endurance when it crashes, so have some blues in your inspiration tray, or else the phasing temp power from patrolling Warburg or from the Stealth pool. Activate them right before the crash so that you can hopefully be intangible long enough to recover. Or else just run 🙂
  8. Best solution that I can think of is to basically copy/paste either strength of will or PB light form, or even Rad armor's Meltdown power into the other Tier 9 powers.
  9. Congratulations! As for me, Voltor is my original hero from Live and Wild Kard is my original villain from Live. They are both at 1591 which is the new total. All 15 have maxed out the badges 5 times over now. Think I'll stop.
  10. I like your ideas, and thanks for reminding me of the ninjitsu set as I knew I was forgetting something. Still, it seems to me that the simplest solution is to basically copy/paste the code/mechanics for either Strength of Will or Peacebringer Lightform into the powers. I just tested the Power Surge power from elect armor on my electric tank's alternate build. Not slotted but does have the 4 accolades to boost health/stamina. Upon power crash, his stamina went to ZERO and health to about 10%. I could make a build so that recharge time is reduced to the point of having only 60 seconds after crash to trigger the power again, but during those 60 seconds you need to pop insps like they are Pez and hope teammates can buff you and heal you. Not worth taking the power.
  11. Warburg.......yeah another example of hostages and stealth being a problem. Now if they just gave you the launch code after you save them then they run away.....
  12. You know the ones, Invul, Elect, Energy, Super Reflexes. Back on live, PB light form was revamped, the crash was mitigated somewhat and you could now make the power perma and have it carry over to your alternate forms. Then there is Willpower: Strength of Will 2 minute duration, 5 minute recharge and recharge cannot be enhanced. Surely, especially now that we have the advanced settings for ITF/Aeon that it is time to look at the Electric, Invul, Energy and S.R Tier 9 armor powers and revamp them to either PB lightform level or else Strength of Will level. These revamped powers wouldn't necessarily be an automatic win but I imagine having them a bit more functional would be nice. For PVP/Arena have the powers revert to their original settings.
  13. Make Sister Solaris able to be teleported after she is rescued. While she's busy talking, someone with TP targets her and tp's her right to the altar. No more having to deal with any stealth powers preventing her from moving and other players can take on the ambush while she finishes talking to the gods. Or else have her able to see through stealth Just a random idea.
  14. Perhaps when the ITF is weekly, Cim could be adjusted to spawn more instances with say......24 people in the zone. 3 teams worth of players. Might help with lag...or not, the new settings and weekly TF might really cause trouble in the zone.
  15. EDIT: rebooted and the tracking meter appeared. Weird. But the question about advanced ITF remains. Are the Cims in that not supposed to count for Legatus?

  18. Well I was going to suggest that too, but that always seems an unpopular idea. However, they COULD however COMPRESS the Cot, Clockwork, Skulls and Vahzilok street sweeps into one giant sweep of Perez Park.
  19. Perhaps it is time to make a tiny adjustment to the Numina TF so that when you defeat Jurassik you get the badge The Solution that you would get if you defeated him in Crey's Folly ? Might give more incentive for people to run the TF for their new alts.
  20. I'd expect they would be. But 10 million for super packs and take a chance on getting some Prism or currently 20+ million for one prism on the market. Pick your poison as they say.

  24. Say, 10 Emps = 1 prism but to slow the roll on those that want to PL farm disposable alts again for the emps, a max of 10 conversions per alt per week. Or 10 Astrals = 1 Prism, max of 10 conversions per alt per week. Thus encouraging more to run the iTrials.
  25. So while running the Weekly TF this week, I inadvertently sent an alt through it that had previously run it. Usually I keep good track of such things but this one passed under the radar as it were. But it did get me to thinking: since the game does track if a character has run the Weekly, why not have it where the TF contact before starting has a statement in RED at the bottom of its text that states "We show that you have already ran this weekly bonus taskforce this week. Are you sure you want to run it again?" That way before hitting the Accept option to launch it you can decide to run it again or grab an alt.
