  1. Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this - is there any update on when server transfers will be available? Thank you.
  2. I feel for @Snarky Having been on a PUG Worthy Opponent run with him, I can attest that things can get dicey, but we were victorious nonetheless!
  3. I am happy that you like the program. I am sure it is fine, I just prefer not to download unknown software.
  4. Question for you other AI enthusiasts... I am finding that AI tools have a very difficult time when it comes to interpreting prompts regarding hair and facial features for non human figures, unless they are way alien. For example, I have always pictured Shard as having more pointed/slanted eyebrows akin to a Vulcan from Star Trek (along with the pointed ears). I also picture her having a subtle enlarged forehead crest or bump/ridge. None of the tools I have tried so far seem to be able to understand what this means, even when including reference photos. They also seen to struggle with ponytails, wanting to make them overly bushy and sticking out the top of the head. The pointed ears are not an issue, but the forehead, eye brows and hair it just does not seem to want to get right. If I say "pointed" or "slanted" eyebrows, it always generates something like looks like Count Chocula on acid. Some examples of what I am trying to use as reference. For the forehead, something like Feezal Phlox but without the ridges along the side of the forehead and temples and cheek. For eyebrows, something Romulan/Vulcanish Any thoughts on prompts to try?
  5. I see what you did there. 😉
  6. You may want to remove the player name from that image as I am thinking this falls under the "no naming and shaming" rule. With that said, I agree AFK leeching is unfortunately rampant and frustrating. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about it other than report it and move on as others have suggested. Let the GM team do their thing. I will say that AFKing is nowhere near as bad here as it is in STO, especially after Cryptic added the Cindarian ship, aka the "lazy AFK ship".
  7. Understood, thank you. Perhaps have them converted to minimal VFX versions or hidden altogether when /noparticles is enabled? I have no objection to people styling and coloring their characters and their abilities the way they like. All I ask is a way to turn that off when I would like. I cannot speak for everyone, but I personally would rather not have to rely on an unsupported third party mod to do this.
  8. I have to agree. If anyone would like to trigger any of the invasion events, run the commensurate TF/SF to trigger them.
  9. Thank you. Alternatively, these should be removed via the /noparticles command like most every other ability.
  10. Humble request - please add the new Force Field VFX to the list of powers/VFX that is removed when enabling the /noparticles command. The /noparticles command does not do anything to remove the VFX for these, and they can be truly obtrusive during raids. They make things much more difficult to see buried under these VFX. Here are a few examples with /noparticles enabled. The same applies for the various Ice Shields, some of which are still fully visible even with /noparticles enabled. Thank you.
  11. I do not disagree with you at all. Indom already has such a tiny population, it stands to reason most zones are empty. It is infrequent, but on Excel I do see announcements for matches and zone PvP in the Arena channel. I would also add that PvP zones are not the only zones that are relatively empty or infrequently used on higher population servers. I rarely see anyone in zones like Crey's Folly, Faultline, Dark Astoria or Boomtown outside of GM hunting or TFs. The Rogue Isles can be a literal ghost town as well. There are plenty of PvE zones to fill up with activity. In my opinion those should get revitalized first before changing PvP zones. You are asking to make changes to zones other players use. I know for a fact there are PvP'ers in RV. There is always at least one other player in there attacking me every time I go in there to work on badges. 😁 There are options for PvE content as well, such as the difficulty settings and various other settings when running Ouro arcs or challenge mode TFs.
  12. Actually, they are to a degree. Again, builds crafted specifically for fire farming are different than general purpose every day PvE mission builds. If you want to be more effective on a fire farm map, you will need to adjust your build accordingly. As have I, and in doing so, we are accepting there is a different rule set in the zone. I am not sure I understand what is the difference here? If you are interested in doing more PvP, then do your research and build accordingly. There posted builds for PvP as well as other players who can and will help guide anyone who wants to learn. As I am sure you will remember, there were certain ATs, powersets and builds that were far more effective in PvP than others. The changes made in i13 were an attempt to level the playing field. I agree the PvP updates in i13 were not the greatest, but I do understand the thinking behind them and what the developers at the time were trying to accomplish. I can understand that, but I disagree. These open zones are meant for PvP. Your statement would hold water if you knew how many people were interested and actively participating in PvP. I am fairly confident you have no idea. Neither do I. I would imagine that the HC team would not have invested the time into Temporal Warriors if there were not players engaging in PvP, but that is admittedly a guess on my part. Even if there is a relatively small PvP community here, I agree with what @Marine X posted earlier. They already have limited options for their preferred style of play. I do not think we should be looking to take away from the little they do have. Sorry, I just do not see the need for this change.
  13. As I was building, there were quite a few times where it was beyond my patience level as well. 🤣 I do know the feeling. I have found that I have to get a base beyond a certain "close to finished" threshold where I will finish building it. I cannot tell you how many I have started and stopped simply because I lost patience with the editor. 😉 Taking breaks and coming back to building fresh helps too.
  14. I still do not see a problem with this. This seems to be a solution in search of a problem. Again, building for PvP is not much different in that building for Fire Farming or AFK farming or Procs differs from "normal" PvE builds. I am sure most effective farming builds pupose built for fire farming are not the same as more "general purpose" PvE mission content builds. Building for PvP which functions with different rules is essentially the same thing. As has already been said, you just need to know what to build for and to practice, same as you would anything else. There are guides for building for PvP same as there are guides for fire farming builds. Those who want to learn and understand the differences between PvP and PvE wille invest the time to do so. Absolutely agree!
  15. Shard is a fighter, so she is a scrapper. I have a few different combos for her. The main is StrJ/Nin, but I also have her as MA/Nin and Staff/Nin. I generally alternate between the StrJ/Nin and MA/Nin. Staff seems underwhelming to me, but I do enjoy the animations.
  16. These are so cool! What prompts are you using for them? I am curious. I would like to try a more iterative and detailed prompt process. I am wondering if you are giving general prompts or more specific things.
  17. Asked Gemini to put me on a Magazine cover for the Paragon Times. 😁 The spelling gets sort of funky - not sure why. Other than that, I thought it looked pretty cool! I loved the body armor. We need more costumes like this for the game!
  18. I often run the old Maria Jenkins Hero's Hero arc in Ouroboros for the Statesman's Pal badge. The Defeat All Wolves in Area mission has a map bug where the NPCs will hop up into the treeline and get stuck, making them untargetable. Apologies for the dark screen grab. Probably hard to see on this screen capture since it was night time on the map. Hopefully you can see where this wolf was up in a tree. I used /whereami to get these coordinates: OUTDOOR_FOREST_01C Position: [-987.6 -6.1 1745.3] OUTDOOR_FOREST_01C Position: [-960.6 -8.4 1752.6] This happens more often than not when running this mission.
  19. Players can begin entering Warburg at level 30 (IIRC), which means that the Nuke temps can be obtained long before the character has access to Incarnate abilities. There is quite a lot of pre-50, pre-incarnate level content that these temps can be useful for. I am certain that there are players using these temps for content other than the OG LRSF.
  20. I do not think this change is necessary. If you want to engage with the PvE content in PvP zones, you should accept the consequences of your choice. You can and will be attacked by other players once you enter a PvP zone. That is the nature of the zone. Survival in PvP, like anything else, can be built toward. You just need to practice, know what you are doing, and there are many guides available to help people who are interested in learning about it. There are also a few very friendly, helpful players who are willing to help others. The rewards like the nuke temps in Warburg are as good as they are because of the higher risk in obtaining them. If by some miracle these zones were made PvE only, I would expect rather enormous nerfs to those temps to coincide with that change.
  21. I am quite impressed with what you can create with Gemini with very little in the way of prompts! I wanted to try something a little different to see what this thing can do. I used my Nature/Elec Defender Trixie Pixie as the starting point. I asked Google Gemini to put her into an image fighting trolls and goblins, but with a Ukiyo-e style, and wow did it deliver! I liked this art style so much, I asked Gemini to use Shard in the same style. Then I asked Gemini for Ukiyo-e with a Manga twist!
  22. Some variant comic book covers. I asked Google Gemini to do a retro 1960s and retro 1980s style.
  23. My collectible action figure!
  24. I found it curious as the AI did not change any other logo, nor did I prompt it to do that. It did it all on its own.
