Gotta disagree. The aoe, knock and debuffing going on makes it very effective. I play in a duo with the Mrs a lot of the time. Our storm blast toons are the first ones we felt we really had to up the rep on. Maybe secondary choices are more important with this set.
The OP could also amass temp powers, collect all the soveniers and make 3 builds.
There's loads of stuff per toon. Also don't use double xp as that's part of the problem. Enjoy the leveling, zone and story arc progression more.
The only reason I have Air Superiority on my main is the nostalgia of my most favourite CoH moment. PvP with 2 teams. A member of the enemy team got cocky and hovered above us, waaaaay above us. I flew straight up, hit him with Air Superiority and he fell to the gound. All I saw was a circle of my pixelated team mates charge in and delete his health bar. 🙃
The only thing I'd like changed is for the 2 single target TK attacks to be a bit more visible in some way. Even when there's a small group it just looks like you're punching. Other than that I'm fine with it. Would never want all psi blade attacks as that would ruin my concept.
Rainbowback. An Nrg/Nrg blaster shooting all the colours of the rainbow. Did I mention she'll be fully enhanced for knockback and be joining plenty of teams (insert demented laughter here)? I think I'll be the only one finding that joke funny.🤣
I was going to make a Tankroller with my psi melee. It would have used the set's contols, along with the presence pool, earth epic and the vigilante alignment power. However I now need that slot for a hard mode build. If we ever got a 4th build, I'd make one.
